US Airways' Employees Unite, Warn Management to Dump Anti-Labor Tactics

They are therefore reluctant to turn their back on those skills by seeking employment outside the cockpit and to admit those skills may not be worth much when so many others have comparable skills
And this union brother lays your problem. Management knows this all to well I have seen Jerry G. at work and he took the pilot group down to organizes labor standards you my union brother can go at it alone but the results are looking you in the FACE

Hey pilots get your heads out of the clouds and bring it back down to earth. You would not be able to do your job if
it wasn't for the ground personnel..............It is called team work, and if the pilots would think that way instead of
just for themselves, then everyone would be much stronger, then the company might just think twice.
think about it
