The CLT and PHL LECPS need their people to go to road shows.

The LECPs have avoided making the hard decisions and will be judged by their effort.

It is time that the CLT and PHL LECPs' show up. The LECPs need to make an FB effort. They have been non-committal and ineffective.
The PHL and CLT LECPs' need to step up.

If they do not they need to be replaced.

The CLT and PHL LECPs' have been INVISIBLE for the last two TA's.

The CLT and PHL LECPs' need to express an opinion on WP.

Knowing the PHL LECP personally I find it hard to believe that she can not present a forceful opinion.

CC is is a determent to AFA.

Show up on WP with a determined attitude or retire -TG & CC.

Ok, you're losing even me on this latest rant.

Here's the deal, all these things such as staying with the pilots (most of whom we don't like anyway), West Vacay & Insurance are going to go away if we merge. So it makes sense to vote yes so at least we go into the next merger with a pay increase and A SEAT AT THE MOU NEGOTIATIONS.

Voting No is the same as saying 'you don't matter' because 'you' won't have any valid or legal recourse for representation at the 'new/old' 'beautiful/ugly' negotiating table. Recess is over, time to put on your thinking caps.

We have all lost money because of the way the vote went down. Time to move on and just get on with the day.

I really don't want to get into this but I may I point out that the Stars of WP have no problem censoring those who disagree with them on "their" FB site, yet do not self edit when they decide to name call and attempt to organize against the DCA LEC on same site.

A whole lot of hypocrisy. But they will probably put Be Careful in the cornfield again and close this thread too just to stop the whining.

I do not want the Stars of WP having control here as well, Be Careful.......please modify your language for the sake of having an open forum somewhere during the next 3 weeks.

The rants are not threatening or harassing. If the wording is causing you fear and alarm you have a choice to not read it or respond. Are you on working peeps? If so, how can you say the rants are so scary when across the board fas say that site is toxic.

The info imparted by be careful albeit long winded and should be edited into one statement does have information that is relevant, informative and speaks to the financial harm incurred by the no vote.

Be careful is exercising free speech and has not spefically made any comment to harm you. As I said before, if you find the color or attitude of this thread too much for you don't read it, but please don't attempt to censor or moderate what I read.

I am happy to have a frank and open discussion with anyone at work. I do so ONLY when the other person brings up misinformation and out right lies.

The bullying and intimidation tactics used on FB seem to have migrated here.

Your post makes no sense. You have shut down any TA talk on WP , only because many are being enlightened . Why did you not do that on ta1 or ta2? Hhhmmm interesting . This is a very enlightening post. First, it appears you might have a conscious, at least in regard to a public setting. You seem concerned about how volatile a certain other web group has become. Makes me thankful I am not a part of that little world. Then you even point out someone else's post from this forum indicating a disrepectful tone toward you. I am with you until you look at the context of the quote you point out. The poster of that quote was calling you out on the fact that you seem to have an obsession dropping hints as to who people are. It has become increasingly difficult to follow your vindictive intial filled rants that even some of your supporters can't understand. Anybody that does not agree with you is going to feel your wrath come *ell or high water. You speak of "tactics" used on this forum. YOUR tactics are reminicent of FUD! Fear, incertainty, doubt. This is suppose to be a management tactic but even your union has joined in on the party. LAST BEST CHANCE, MERGER, RECESS! All you have to do is keep speading these words and you may get your yes vote. This is sad as there were so many lost opportunities. They could have listened to the membership and try to work on a fix that makes most folks happy. Instead it appears they found folks like you to talk about how much money you lost the last few months. First, it is not all about the money. Hourly wage is only one part of the big picture. As you know everything in your agreement has a cost attached to it. We have argued this point for years on here. May seem like a far fetched example, but the point should be clear. Lets say your top pay is currently $20 per hour and your minimum pay is 100 hours. That is $2000 a month. Lets say the new agreement doubled your houly rate to $40. The little talked about change is that your minimum pay is now 50 hours. What? That is $2000 a month. Stupid example? Well, I don't know the latest number you stated you have lost, but it is not be the only number you should be looking at. What did you give up to get to that big gain? While the conspiracy theories, finger pointing, and name calling is easier than listening to those that differ from you it is nothing more than a distraction from the real issues.

You make a great point that this is an anonymous web forum. With that, we can feel free to talk about things that otherwise could be next to impossible in other settings. Talking religion and politics can make quick enemies of otherwise good people. Talking about your contract is like talking about both religion and politics at the same time. If you believe the bulling and intimidation tactics have migrated to here I have a solution to your problem. You could have that frank and open discussion you say you are willing to have.You could be a part of the solution instead of part of the problem. We will all be waiting.

With each new TA the NO voters delivered an inferior product funded by the monies lost over the past year.

The contract provisions remain the SAME except for:

1. $1,700 siging bonus funded by the 45 million lost this past year.

2. $40,000 buy out again funded by the 45million lost this past year.

3. $1 additional money funded by loss of duty rigs.

The paltry amount of money the Company is forced to pay is dwarfed by the amount we have lost out on.

Who is responsible for the downhill trajectory?

The LECPs from PHL & CLT finally realize that getting a seat at the table with APFA means getting us a second bite at the apple.
