Okay, we all know that every airline, including our beloved US, drops the ball once in a while. The internet has long given a public voice to disgruntled passengers (ever look at untied.com?); I just stumbled on to an FB page devoted to anti US Airways comments:

Are all the comments fair? Not by a long shot, but they do give an insight about folks who did not enjoy their experiences.
In all fairness, there are over 15 "American Airlines Sucks" FB pages, one one which is creatively called "American Airlines Sucks Goat Balls". (Goat Balls?...Well it does stand out from the other anti AAmerican pages)
(There is another FB page "Block of US Airways Cheese". Good grief, how long ago was that? Some people really do carry a grudge. And, while maybe no enjoyed as much as the cookies sent the year before, a lot of people did like the cheese. IIRC, one source of discord
was a misunderstanding over the date stamp on the package, something about production date vs expiration date.)
