I was wondering if anyone can give me some insight on what type of company/employee travel codes PR1I, FDJ1, CB1J, ect are? On the ETC they occasionally show up and will trump any SA1 listing.

I have nothing specific, but would assume that at least some are company positive space which would trump any space available listing. I'd about guarantee that Parker/Kirby don't travel SA3 when they come east for crew news sessions or other reasons. Likewise, travel agents can get limited non-rev travel - effectively like an award ticket DM members get except without "paying" the miles.

FDJ1 and CB1J are Flight Deck Jumpseat and Cabin Jumpseat. Don't know what PR1I could be.

PR1I and ALTI are the the Primary and Alternate codes for the jumpseat. They are now added the standby list when they check in at the gate.

At one point there were multiple space positive priority codes as well. Not sure if they are still active or not.

Well, I've been duly corrected and thank everyone for the education.

too bad, 97 Percent of the agents don't know how to check in a Jumpseat rider.

they have to build a listin in the back to check you in.
