All, Just please be carefull with the SA1 Passes. PLEASE be sure to advise the Gate Agents you are traveling on the SA1. YET another IT Problem. If you list for an SA! pass BUT check in via a Kiosk, the Kiosk will not show you as an SA1.

:unsure: This is all so confusing. Having retired 12 yrs ago and not having non-rev'd in about 7 yrs .... I am lost!! Kiosks are a whole new concept! I recall the "good ole' days" when USAir would send a Booklet explaining it all from "A to Z". The "Hub" is so lacking! What the heck do all our retirees w/o computers and computer literacy do??? And Active employees in the same catagory?? Where do they get their information??
