I don't know how to fix it either. But I do know how to reduce my "aggravation factor" In the past US received 60% of my 250 annual segment. Now they will get approx. 30%. My aggravation has been cut in half.
 
Just received another call that they don't have a valid e-mail address. Both the Chairmans desk and DM service center told me last week they would take care of it.

Either they did not, or as posted before, the systems don't talk. Also this past Sunday night I was not informed ahead of time that my up-grade cleared by the time the BP was printed.

As I said before I don't have time for this crap, and it is much easier to do business with other airlines that have their 'act' togeather.
