You may be on to something there. Although I would recommend AMFA or the Teamsters.

Mr O'Driscoll is the President and Directing General Chairman of DL 142.

And it was at every single ratification vote if any member wanted to see it.

And it is available for any member who wants to see it, it is not going to be mass produced and sent out.

Problem with your keyboard tonight?

ok ,i am in mia nobody has it, how can i see it!

iam must post it in the net .

b.t.w. my key board is fine, i just don't have time for typos.

GC Paul Jones had a copy with him at the ratification vote which he still has, contact him.

The IAM will not be posting it on the net.

I believe you did.

Mr O'Driscoll made the decision that if anyone wants to see it they may ask, but the IAM was not going to mass produce it.

700:

Posting the specifics on this board does not
constitute "mass production". That would only
be true if the proposal were printed in hundreds
of hard copies and given to the members or
other interested groups.

So post it already. Let's see just how much
value the company turned down in their quest
for the "final offer". Since the IAM is now
irrelevant on the property, what does it matter
if the information is disseminated on this
forum?

700:

Talk about backbone. Your own members are
asking to see information that is irrelevant
post-ratification, and yet you and your buddy
O'Driscoll won't provide it to them. I guess the
IAM proposal must not have been all that and a
bag of chips, or you and the others who touted
it so proudly would be letting everyone see it.

How many times do I have to explain it to you?

Every IAM Representative who did a ratification vote had a copy with them at the votes, which they the membership was informed. If any member cares to see it now, they can contract their respective General Chairman and set up a way to view it.

No one is denying anyone anything.

And it was worth everything it says.

Sure it was. Back it up with a simple
summary and maybe people will believe
you.

700uw.

looks like the iam did not negociate on anything, except keeping pit open and some utility jobs ,but that is not negociations its more like surrendering caving in..... an illegal farm worker would have done a much better job.... PAL.
