A clear indication that the arbitrator's ruling is way off the mark.
When two seniority lists are combined the vast majority of both sides should be upset(or happy, depending). But to have one side clearly p'oed, while the other isn't indicates something is amiss. :down:
The west isn't upset because windfall super-seniority slotting and taking virtually all the east retirement attrition benefit is something to be happy about. Like winning the lottery.
The thing about winning this lottery though is that the currency you won may change in value. Time will tell. 😉
