How about firing your IT department and hiring someone with half a brain. The DM account information is presented in a unintelligible format. It has to be the most confusing of any carrier, lcc or otherwise.

I hope your not a person who has people under you. Such a comment underlines a misunderstanding of what the "ground troops" do...exactly what they are told. Our IT folks are top notch.

Well, that is the first mistake. It's called accountability. If the people tha work for me disagree with what is asked of them, they are encouraged to use their brain and explain why what I am asking is so freaking stupid....dude, if someone didn't speak up when they were asked to create what they created, they should be fired. The DM account portion of the website is unintelligible...plain and simple...if those people are too stupid to realize it then that it is their problem and they should move onto an industry that is not concerned about whether or not customers are annoyed...you all drink way too much kool-aid in Tempe.

I'll say it again.....my 15 year old nephew could and has designed websites that are top notch. The "new USAirways dot crap" is just that.......crap.

WHAT????? It sometimes doesn't even recognize Philadelphia as a city served by US. The website is a mess. The US1 desk told me today that they are receiving tons of calls about the disaster of a website.

I couldn't even check the schedule for an upcoming trip. I had to call the US1 desk. Not that I mind calling them, but I don't like to bother them with something I should be able to easily look up.
