I dont work for an airline. I travel way too much though and could probaly do a F/A's job (unless something serious happened) I am starting to become an unhappy USAir CP, and seriously ready to start with United or Delta.

I travel from PHL 4-5 days a week, the USAir agents are rude, the bagage is always late, planes go out on time 1-100 (it seems) and it seems in the express terminal, people are more concerned with talking to each other then working. Oh, and if the posse goes on break together then watch out, becasue there is a wall of UsAir expess folks coming down the terminal, and becasue they are in "PHILLY" you better get out of there way, casue they are not moving..

God I really hate Phl the airport and the city 🙂

I work at US Airways in Tempe. (At Vacations.) It's a fun job, and have to look at it as such. 🙂

Easy department to outsource it was outsourced in the pass. Just give it to a travel agencies. Very hard to convince management to kept this in house when they put a million dollar price tag on this department
