Where do we stand right now? Are we waiting for the pilots to sort things out first for the "me to's"-does this apply if we no longer stay together as flight crews? Are we going to separate from the front end?

If they keep up the current pace, the Flight Attendants probably will not have a T/A for at least another year. So many of the sections they were negotiating have been table for later discussion, they are not anywhere near ready for the big issues. Pay, work hours, vacation etc
