Just sales? What about all your management incentives that were in place and still may be. - sales, mtc,ops, etc.... Keep the overtime down, etc. If it means one man coverage and work at a slow down due to manpower, they say so be it. As long as the payroll hours and budget looks great - they are rewarded. I don't think this is the kind of incentive program you want leading U - do you? Does anyone know if your management is still on bonus systems?BoeingBoy said:tadjr,
You've identified the biggest problem with any system where incentives are a significant part of the pay - they involve sales.
