People like me? Have you read the post where I said I am a NO vote as the company's proposal stands right now? And who are you to assume I or anyone else who disagrees with you are NOT doing our jobs?
I can tell you at my station alone, there are more people who want a chance to vote than those who think they can get everything they want. IT DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE YES VOTES!!!!!!
This proves the TWU is a socialist-driven union where the politburo decides what's best for the members. They are deathly afraid the members would disagree with them, so they keep them at bay.

Tim.im a bit confused with the lawsuit in the past a judge usually gives the order to stop the job action immediately .Is this lawsuit seeking monetary damages from.the unions also

I dont think we would be released. But what im curious to know is why we havent take at the very least take a vote for authorization to strike. If we did and if it passed by large numbers just that threat alone I wonder if a joint deal cld come or may be force the BOD to wake up n smell the coffee

We know, that when a contract gets voted, you can never find ONE person that voted for it...

All one has to do is look a bit closer and harder and be able to find items and possibly items that maybe safety of flight issues..

Statistics show that the union is still defiant, even though the union has toned down its garbage rhetoric and begged for someone to sit across from it.
The company is actually pissed, and the BOD have pledged full support of the management team.
There will be no interest from the company as it now turns to focusing on the FAs and Pilots. Our next offer will be less.
Union burned its bridge with all the bull S.
I hate being right and thats one reason why weezles has left.

IF the weezal boy has left it is because he has lost and has been beaten down and just cannot recover. He might want to check into a recovery center soon.

it will. The judge will force the union to tell people to stop.
Then the judge will order a contempt because samuelson is too young and bull headed. Thats when the fine comes.

I would normally agree with you, but we have a republican president who thinks going bankrupt is an honorable business option and of course a republican senate that thinks it’s ok for a president to get info against a political opponent from a foreign government, so who can predict what’s going to happen with us with a republican president and senate.

Exactly. And NO Judge has said a word over this suit from AA. It's a chess move guys. The company is trying to scare the membership to not do anything at let the normal operation continue as it is with no interuptions.
My question is where's the freaking counter suit from this piece of shite asso.? For the games being played by AA?? And not nego in good faith, as stated by he RLA??? Hellooooo asso. get a clue.
The reason no Judge has said a word as of yet is because there is not enough evidence to put the order out to stop the mechanics, PERIOD! The exact same case with us guys. Keep working safe and work the a/c.
