Until we get a JCBA PHX still has block hour mins. If the company closed PHX that means they violated the T/A. If usapa allows this violation then usapa is guilty of not representing the west fairly.

Arbitration is only good until the next contract is negotiated. Might wish to get more legally educated.

Why has usapa not reordered the east list to strict DOH. Putting the trump and empire pilots In their "proper" place. You know honoring the " core principle" of the gold standard?

Very much so. Here come the integrity chants again. USAPA successfully countered the Nicolau in nothing more than an appeal through a new representative election. Similar and as legal as a challenge on appeal in the court system. The westerners were made very aware of this at WYE RIVER. They chose to disregard the advice of their ALPA legal team. Much to their chagrin. Too bad.
Cleardirect has absolutely no concept of the statement made by ALPA lawyers at WYE RIVER "ALL THE RISK LIES WITH THE WEST........"

They brought plenty of jobs building a franchise that is saving your sorry butt!
