But Your Question is wrong, Its not what AMFA is going to do now? It's what are the employees/mechanics of AA going to do?

You have seen what has gone on with the IBT as well as read all the info the AMFA organizers gave to everyone, during our card drive. The TWU Now has put out all kinds of info as well about the IBT.

NOW is the time, as we the AMFA supporters have said for many yrs to rid AA of the TWU.

WE will have to wait until the DOJ rules on the merger between AA/USAirways. Either way at that point we will know just how many cards we will need and since we have access to the list of names that AA says are eligible voters.

IF a AMFA card drive starts again, it's up to every mechanics who has said we want the TWU gone to rise up and assist this time. Lets not let AA or the TWU keep us from having a voice. Twice NOW AMFA has been kept off a ballot to replace the TWU.
Once before falling just short of the required number of cards. Once by the collusion between the TWU/IBT. The IBT is saying they don't want to have us fighting among ourselves during this turbulent time at AA. That is the reason they are pulling out.

Fraudulent cards, lack of cards, what ever, they did not want to have egg on their faces twice in a few months. Since they Lost at USAirways.

For many yrs NOW we the AMFA supporters have tried to give every mechanic the info about the industrial unions. How it is in our opinion that we might be better off with a union that will look out for our best interest.

Lets not ask what is AMFA going to do, but lets all get involved. It is Time to stand together both the Base stations and the Line stations and remove the TWU and the Scams that are festering here at AA.

now that all have seen the antics by the teamsters, it would be great to see a Mass card drive with 75% or better card collection. The question now is does AMFA still have to wait a full year since the teamsters volentarily pulled out? If so, and with the teamsters BS out of the way it should be easily done. Stay strong guys and for gods sake get united and rid yourselves of the TWU once and for all. Great to see the teamsters lose out on 2 different card drives. Now UAL needs to fire the teamsters so they can get better representation for a JCBA. Good luck my brothers, good luck...
