2014 Fleet Service Discussion

Pay finally became the same, but only because the new contract was voted upon when the AWA Fleet became IAM members.  The AWA FSA's and Class II were able to beat out the old Class I cities by a small margin.  Sadly when it was voted in, it also cost many AWA Fleet employees their jobs in the smaller AWA cities.

For anyone interested here are the flight activity levels for sAA at several stations that are flirting with the 15 mainline departure threshold. Keep in mind this for today, Monday, March 3 and frequencies do fluctuate based on seasonality and day of week although these stations are close to the 15 flight average threshold:

ATL: 14x DFW (10) MIA (4)
AUS: 19x DFW (14) JFK (1) LAX (1) ORD (3)
SAT: 15x DFW (15)
SJU: 14x CCS (1) DFW (2) JFK (3) MIA (7) ORD(1)
STL: 19x DFW (8) MIA (3) LAX (2) ORD (6)
TPA: 16x DFW (7) MIA (6) ORD (3)

I don't know a particular Javier, Tim. I'm sure that I work with quite a few people named Javier though.

Nelson, Don't you think it's time to give Josh a rest? You can always use the IAM Informer...
Again why does everyone on this forum suddenly believe I am Tim? Tim is a respectable guy he speaks the truth and works to unify the membership but I assure you I am an AA FF and not Tim.

That's why you are Tim... ONLY Tim would pat himself on the back like that! Does 700, or one of us need to dig up the posts where you claimed to be a banker in BOS?

weaasles  it lasted may be 3 or 4 yrs  2004 or 05 to the 08 contract went in.   but at same time some of those class two cities got outsourced as well.    then as another poster put it  when the awa folks came on board  many of their cities went out the door    but the pay became a 12 yr top out at 20.57  and raises of 2 or 3% was for 09 10 and 11  jan of each yr

Funny I thought you had me on ignore. Yes I do work in financial services I do not work for AA or US.

Tim took the time to inform the UA membership on the dangerous implications of the UA agreement and he was 100% spot on. 70% ratification is hardly resounding endorsement from the membership, terrible voter turnout and people voted on it because they were deceived and tired of the prolonged process.

For the 10th time, do you think the eboard was worth its mettle endorsing the united contract?
A simple yes or no will do then everyone can figure out the color of all your other comments.

Tim needs someone to feed off of to make up topics and feed his agenda. You just can't randomly do that alone. So hence the creation of Josh. Yes Tim creates these conversations to engage the readers. Once we engage the topic the fire can burn. It is really that simple people. Deceptive but simple.

u r correct, i was fighting against that ua contract. Actually, i warned the united members about it prior to them voting in delaney. My words didnt come to pass until the eboard effed them. Delaneys words and even roabillys words came to pass as fraud. Yep, two years ago ole roabilly was preaching how delaney was going yo treat united fairly. Lol

You missed the Nelson/Josh Q&A sessions on here some weeks ago...

They were hilarious-- Josh would direct a leading question to Nelson, who would respond with his version of full spin...

This went on for several days, and the entire body of the conversation was designed to boost Tim's political stature, and make the IAM look corrupt and irrelevant!
