BUF; CMH; ABQ; KOA; LIH; OGG; CHS; DSM; CLT; ELP; DTW; SUX; ICT; PNS; SLC are being vendored out ATW/BTW. Unless you want to save your job (2/3rds super majority vote) by taking a paycut at the local vendors rate. Which no one in their right mind would do. Oh, an the other excuse is FAR 117, as the RJ pilots (most) are now taking a stand against their meager pay. The company will try to find a bottom feeder to fly the new 175's, but pilots are short right now. So the Express operation may take a major hit. I've noticed our RJ schedule for the summer is one less frequency per city. Wait until summer to see what happens.

But oh goody, DEN UAX is being insourced ATW. WE cost too much more than SkyWest to get the ramp work. No word on when the insourcing in LOA #6 is supposed to begin, but I suspect that this is the beginning of the end of us. That's why there were no transfers or what will happen to the CLE people who are in limbo right now. By the end of this contract, it will be just the hubs that are left.

Kev is right. What concerns us, will indirectly affect your negotiations.
Tim was right about the POS we voted for. My hub did not vote for it and we got whacked TWICE in the span of 10 months. We lost a lot of good people and many more was forced to PT.

I post in your forum to give you guys fair warning about voting a POS contract while you have some sort of leverage that we gave up earlier in our merger.

Please don't make the same mistake.......

YOU were awarded a cushy job as an organizer making a salary nearly twice what you were getting at US for your efforts...
 
YOU were dismissed from that organizing position for some dubious reason that neither you, nor the organization will detail, or fully elaborate on. Directly after your dismissal, you suddenly turned on the Leadership and you have embarked on a smear campaign against them that persists to this very day!
 
I think your ego got the best of you, and your grudge is so deep, that you would not function in the best interest of the Membership in an AGC position.

tim  I believe the only way we will get hosed is if members vote for a POS contract like the one in 08 and the one UA and HA have.    I personally believe that CB and PREZ and the rest of our NC team have the best interests for us  going into the sect 6 talks now with the NMB meeting in 5 days time     that's just my own personel belief   but only time will tell

they are clueless. There are certain things that they refuse to take advantage of. Not talking about things illegal or any work actions. There are a few F things they should have done that they themselves have control to do. They dont know what they are doing. And please quit with the "Cb and prez" are nice fellas. They didnt have the stones to abstain from endorsing the united contract plus they are getting eaten alive by AH.

i can assure you 100% roa will also disappear after his bs is revealed as well. Thats what these guys do, they talk stupid in defense of the utter morons they are friends withbecause any piss clam contract wont affect them, then they sail off the page when all the damage is done.

What will the district do now? Any idea which stations are impacted? So unless someone picks up and moves to IAD, ORD, etc they're SOL. And what a joke, they want them to go down to vendor wages and work rules. Seriously why even have representation then if it's this nonsense.

tim  im not saying cb or prez are nice fellas etc  but having gone thru what we went thru in one of the many cities that got hammered to death  but the fact is our team so far has actually stood by the demands of improving our contract in attempting to get improvements  but the donkeys have stonewalled all the way  including getting door buster deals with AA unions all the while theyre not trying to get sect 6 talks done  yet the same ole brainless donkeys made it absolutely clear to the nmb they do not intend to get contracts with the iam groups     in my opin   the nmb is stalling just as much in granting us and the 142 a release just as those b@$tards led by dp and ah are in their utter failure to get deals with the iam.  That's one darn good reason why I have absolutely no respect for them     We have the leverage now  
 
T5  I hear ya bro    I wish nothing but the best to all of the affected   but one thing is clear  next time theres a contract make darn sure everyone reads the scope  that's the single most important thing in the contract.   I believe before the amendable date UA will have strictly the hubs only  and if that comes true  then its all the more reason why WE CANNOT ALLOW THAT TYPE DEAL HERE AT USAIRWAYS/AA

josh the iam is the one working sect 6 first  no jcba until after sect 6   the alliance will continue to represent this way..  iam pmus  and twu pmaa   the iam and the twu will continue to govern the contract and if im not mistaken I believe an IAM is in the lead for the first 5 yrs? or so
