Fact is I said your concern has been discussed in detail a long time ago. I've never said they won't have to file. Can the company try to make them uphold the agreement they have with them, yes they can try. Will they succeed? We will have to wait and see IMO. Your not being a prophet by saying it may happen. Hell it either will or won't. I'm sure if it doesn't, you won't be back on here speaking about how wrong you were. The negotiating members on here, which I believe are two of us, aren't trying to mislead anyone. We are trying to give out as much info to the members as we can. We could just shut up and not say anything, but we would prefer to brief as much as we can. Don't understand why you keep saying we are trying to pull one over on anyone.
