as for my case  i cant say it was truly shelved  but the facts are  i filed it july 09  then had local hearing  jan 10  then mediation in april 13   yes its slow but i would imagine if it was shelved  i doubt highly i would of had the mediation hearing last april.

Agreed. The Uncle Toms of the Labor movement are in many ways even worse than management. With management you know what they want. The others are traitors who benefit from the movement all while at the same time trying to tear it down like lap dogs.

Can't disagree with a single letter of that, though I would note that IMO there's a big difference between tearing things down in order to rebuild/improve them, and tearing them down for demolition's sake...

I just wanted to clarify that you simply don't have stones.  It's one thing to post anonymously but you are nothing but a punk ass when you do it behind a handle and bust someone else's balls.  Weasles like you do that.  Guys like robbedagain are fine as they don't get into all of the personal attacking.  It's not fair to anyone if someone doesn't have the stones to post his real name as he cranks on someone else though. Yeah, it's your right to be that way but that doesn't make it fair.  
Especially you who chose not to do much of anything for members over 30 years.  At least 700 was involved but you chose to do basically NOTHING for members.  As far as the IAM, it's folks like you who are destroying it.  It is dying because of Buffy all the way down to some like yourself who never gave two rips about working people.  Instead of being accountable, you blame the Republicans, those who don't sing kumbuya to stupid, and the RLA.
 
Unless we change the IAM, it will die. At this point, it will be much tougher to get the majority of Delta rampers to think the IAM could even help them.

You know exactly who I am... and you have known since I joined the site. If I really wanted to “hide” behind a screen name, and attack you anonymously,  I would simply walk across the room, pick-up my wife’s laptop that has it’s own internet card, (Separate IP address than this one) create a G-mail account, and then join the site as someone else entirely. No one could prove, or disprove who I was... I’m SURE you know how this works! I could then attack you like a rabid dog on a bunny in a bag!
 
Instead, I challenge you daily (with you knowing full well who I am) for misdirecting the Membership’s ire toward the Union, instead of the actual needed focus on staying cohesive to obtain an agreement in 6. For my efforts... I’m rewarded with your insults like... Moron, Weasel, Drunk, Kool-Aid Drinker, MF’s boy, Liar, Punk Ass... and on and on...

Kev I've met too many people out there that no matter what you show them or how hard you try to reason with them they just don't get it. That's the hardest part of this game we're in. We should not have any infighting but unfortunately you can't avoid it. People will almost always put themselves before the collective. But Unity is important and I think there are more people on here that are unified than the thread implies.

Huh?  I've done quite well with tons of accomplishments.  Actually I'm considerably proud of them.  I'm the worst enemy for Pollyanna folks who don't want to step out of line and don't mind to mindlessly endorse anti union contracts. 
You are a coward though.  Yes, I know you but the audience does not.  So you take cheap shots knowing full well that you can't be held accountable with them.
