Are name calling, insults, attacks and misinformation good qualities that someone needs to get elected?
Talking down to the members is not the way to get elected, you would think someone would know that since he hasnt gotten elected for any district position he has ran for in the past.

I just wanted to clarify that you simply don't have stones. It's one thing to post anonymously but you are nothing but a punk ass when you do it behind a handle and bust someone else's balls. Weasles like you do that. Guys like robbedagain are fine as they don't get into all of the personal attacking. It's not fair to anyone if someone doesn't have the stones to post his real name as he cranks on someone else though. Yeah, it's your right to be that way but that doesn't make it fair.roabilly said:

Did you know that your case is common in the sense that many grievances just go on forever and forever. That's another thing we need to stop. We must stop the stupid of agreeing with management to shelve grievances for indefinite times, and instead must stick to the contractual time limits unless there is member consent. Sticking to time limits will force more juice with the Local chairperson as well and force more grievances to get settled in the station. By waiving grievance time limits, management has no reason to settle anything in station, then the grievances pile up into the grievance wasteland and disappear into the Bermuda triangle. Our district bylaws demand our AGC"s file out quarterly grievance reports for the members but they have REFUSED to do so over the last 6 years. Even Canale, as bad as he was, always gave out the grievance reports. These guys act like the big secret society and withhold information and grievance dissolutions and resolutions.
At any rate, I'll take care of your personal grievance, I know that. It will win or lose. I'll get your case and we will resolve it. If FO doesn't want to give your case up then I'll talk to him. I been in a district position before and I was relentless and this is what I do.
As far as the NC and negotiations, what is the plan B? And HELL NO they haven't even prepared for plan B. That's a fact. AH and myself and anyone else knows that the actions of the NC show clearly that they do NOT trust the membership. That's a fact by their current non action on two very important items. Thus, AH has no reason to move off of anything.
If you get elected you wont be PDGC nor the coordinator, so how are you gonna make things happen?

Nobody questions Roabilly although he could be MF. I really don't understand why they spend countless amount of pages questioning you about who you are when nobody except me post under my real name. In the midst of negotiations and moments of decision, it makes no sense for them to fire bomb this forum with senseless and continual post claiming you aren't who you think you are. Who cares?
