Not saying that at all!
Delaney is not up for election. I am saying that we may not be United, but Charlotte was there for him and we deserve more than one cheesy half a$$ walk to talk to the people who helped elect him. If he came to do a real station visit rather than support candidates, my mouth would be shut! 
 
I am disappointed, that's all.

Um, well, actually Delaney's first stop in CLT is more of a "Keep paying me to do nothing" campaign.  All BS.  Our members will see when a TA comes out.   They aren't going to finally get their 4th contract right. Mark my words!

I doubt you could do any better. But with that said, I am going to start a "put Tim on the joint CBA NC" campaign, just so you can put up or shut up. I think you will fail miserablly and blame somebody else for your failure.

The present team simply doesn't know what they are doing.  They may mean well but they simply do not have the skill set to understand things.  One can clearly see this by the 2008 US AIRWAYS contract they blew up, the HAL and UAL contract.....all the same guys.  It makes no sense, logically, to think that somehow they will finally develop the necessary skills to rightfully understand.  The biggest skillset they lack is that they simply fail to listen to the members.  Hopefully, the District officers up for election overseeing these talks will finally be relieved of their duties, so we can finally move things forward.   If not, then I will blame you and others who misled the members into voting for officers who have already failed our members 3 times in negotiations and will fail a 4th time by not doing anything for scope other than putting on a band aid and fanning a new 'no layoff guarantee' as they did at United. It will be your fault if that all happens.
 
All LCC/AAL Members will continue to be PAWNS in the UA/D-141 politics and shenanigans . Now that the VOTES are in at Grand Lodge and we won't be getting CRONKED ! Current and future AAL/LCC/IAM Leadership and Members should demand that WE leave UA/D-141. Otherwise nothing changes for current and future IAMATWU Members no matter who gets elected  . As AH would say NO VALUE ! supporting STATUS QUO . As a reminder to ALL UA is now #2 or #3

I'm shocked that it's all My fault. Little ole me caused all this? As long as you are not elected, I'll wear that mantle tim. But either way, I am going to start a "put tim on the JCBA NC" campaign, just so the membership can ultimately see that you can't deliver what you promise.

It's not about me PJ, but you will be to blame if your boys get back in and F everything up like I know they will with a TA that falls short.  You admit that they F up 2008, HAL, and UAL, but then you go with them anyways.  Let's see what happens in June.  If they win and F everything up for us a second time on our property, then I'll make sure our members know who sold them out. K? 
 
BTW I delivered exactly what I said I would when I was Director of Organizing. Won every representation election my team directed.  I will seriously upgrade the current lack of leadership and ineptness that our members are paying dues for.

Hindsight is always 20/20. I wished TN would have been a part of this current NC and he would see the dedication this group has had in furthering everyones interest from small city, big city, junior person, senior person, etc. TN states that we don't listen to the membership and that we don't know what we are doing. Very easy to say that when you are not there but I guarantee we listen to the membership and we have a clue. I support your campaign to put TN on jcba.

You have said before you support a three legged approach.  Does the NC support a choice of retirement plan of IAMNPF OR negotiated 401K match like the members at Alaska Air have?

Why do you have to talk s**t to anyone who disagrees with you? Why can't you state your thoughts and ideas and if someone disagrees why threaten to out them if you were right?
