There are two IAM organizers out there who used to be under Tim's direction that can back up everything I just wrote. They came on one of our pages and started there drive. What was funny is how noticeable it was that it was just a job for them. They would come on at 9 and finish at 5 and never posted on the weekends.

Another thing was how it got to the point where we didn't have to do anything at all. Tim would go after them and then they would go after Tim. They were airing all the dirty laundry and we just sat back and watched the hijinks ensue. It was hilarious.

Tim do you remember there names?

Even so, the negotiating team should have started higher and the if they had to come down so be it but our pay should be no less than yours and we should not have to wait. We are all in this together, right. Don't we work for the same company?
That was a big problem at United as well.  They started out asking for 2004 wages and settled below that.

Negotiations update, the negotiating team was able to successfully reach AA's top wage, however the progression is not the same. It did come at a price of course, in health care costs and some scope. The only thing holding it up from being brought back to the members ship, is Delaney is contemplating giving them a Helping hand agreement, we all know what that means who has been down this road before, we will lose all leverage at the next round of combined talks, because Mgmnt will have the helping hand agreement that says AA can help if US is short handed and no grievance will hold water, no bypass fellas. I commend the negotiating team on their hard work they finally got the hourly rate but it has come at a cost of some Non-core work and health care costs, to me this helping hand agreement is what will stop our leverage in future talks, some on the negotiating team know better.

if that  and thats a big if   if it comes true  ill vote no  period..   i refuse to do the helping hand and we shld not give up the leverage     of course this is if it is true  we wont know til a real ta comes out

Raising the health care is something we can live with if it is minimal but scope and helping hand is out of the question and how far back is the retro gonna go. Somebody needs to get delaney a dictionary and show him the definition of NO.

What is non core? And is that part of the helping hand or taken out of scope? At united, this prick made non core bagroom, some bag running etc.

Don't believe anything you hear till you see it on paper.....It may be that there is a TA but with 3 entities in the mix MTC, FS, Trainers i believe, the 2nd tier of leverage is that all 3 must be recognized together. IMO

I see right thru that pushing the other slate bulls**t..  Sure it looks that way but it ain't. And there is nothing funny about it really. It's more sad than funny.

Not true, your NC has not agreed to anything yet and we go back June 10-12. Scope is very important to your NC. I want 90% ratification, not a rejection or for it to barely pass.
