Delta profit sharing check will be 8.2% of earnings.
united iam 141 profit sharing is 1.1% since delaney and his team endorsed slashing it.
usairways profit sharing is 0% since iam141 tossed it away. In real life dollard"
An employee making $50,000 will get:
Delta: $4,100
United: $550
Usairways: $0
Thank you iam 141 leadership.

No thank you Tim for making sure TA1 got voted down and got rid of the profit sharing.

Is this tacit approval for that BS? That agreement would have produced six months of more due$ for the IAM from unorganized sCO agents.

Josh

Do you even know what you are talking about?

I was talking about the US/IAM CBA that fleet voted down, that Tim led the charge.

The only dollar amount in his post that shows Zero is US IAM Fleet.

Learn to comprehend what you read.

In your overzealous to discredit someone you make yourself look like a fool.

And the PMCO ramp agents were all ready paying dues to the IBT.

The IAM was the single biggest victor of the IBT campaign, IAM got to collect dues from August 2011-November 2013 after ratification of the joint agreement. Had the IBT not organized CO in late 2010 the IAM wouldn't have gotten those dues, IBT only got eight months worth of dues while the IAM got nearly 26 months worth for simply administering the IBT agreement.

Josh

This isnt about the IBT and United, this is a US Airways IAM Fleet Service thread.

And every union that takes over enforcement of a previous union's CBA because of a merger, gets the dues money, its nothing new in the airline industry.

See if you actually were in it and unionized you would know.

So take your lame attempts to discredit the IAM and place it where the sun doesnt shine, you are irrelevant.

And once again when you are shown to be wrong you just ignore it.

I was talking about the profit sharing post tim made, not about dues or united airlines or other unions.

What that I posted is misinformation? You constantly bring up DL and UA in US topics.

Josh

Actually I don't, unless asked, your post had nothing to do with my post that you replied to or Tim's post that I replied too.

You go off on tangents all the time to try and discredit the IAM and anyone who supports them.

You make rude comments about Flight Attendants at US and do the same about the former PMNW FAs.

You are a hateful person.

right on!

and Tim called the CLE fiasco right on.

Other labor leaders (if we can use the term) told the people to make up their own mind - and they made the wrong decision. who needs leadership like that?

So lets see DL has closed DFW, MCO, CVG and MEM hubs, now havent they?

That's where Nelson is very good at cherry picking facts to fit his agenda. Just Like when Charlie Brown busted him a few pages ago concerning wages. He never mentions the scope or other benefits that were sacrificed to achieve the wages, or profit sharing in this case...

It's not what Nelson tells us... it's what he doesn't tell us!
