And how does AA treat their agents? Oh that's right they farmed out a lot of their work and you have non-AA employees doing ticketing and gate work, not at WN. They have a very good CBA, go read it. Just let's compare the AA ramp CBA compared to WN and they both are TWU.

OK. Compare away, 700.

compare them to CWA Passenger Service Agents CBA at US
US answers calls overseas. Unorganized AA only answers stateside and always has.

Robbed do your co-workers on the line seem engaged and educated about negotiations? The sense I get is many at US are apathetic and the co knows that and takes full advantage. Obviously you and other participating here are not, but if many members at US are that is part of the problem.

Josh
85% in my station are not apathetic. I'm working on the other 15%. Ive heard it all before about how they can't afford and so on and so forth. All i can tell you is......... they are coming around. Especially when i show them SK new house !!!

most of the folks in my station are p.. off at the fact we are underpaid  haven't had a raise and see that AA makes more than us..

josh  as far as im concerned   US brought res back to the us   I think its RNO and CLT  or ILM  but someone can clarify that

why don't you tell us why NOT ONE DAm JP Morgan or any other financial institution gone to court n or prison for frauding the usa and the American people

Robbed how am I supposed to know why they aren't in prison? What crime or action are you referring to?

That's great your station is engaged.

Josh

US has Res in INT not sure where else.

The res in SAL and MNL were closed and the work brought back to the US.

And US does have a call center in Europe if I remember correctly.

So your definition of "not concessionary" means highest paid?

The fact they're allowed up to 20% PT, is not concessionary?...The fact that these PT employees have medical coverage for themselves and not their family, is not concessionary?...The fact the when a PT employee bids and is awarded a FT position but only receive 70% of the seniority, is not concessionary?...The fact they can employ up to 10% of regular employees with temporary employees for up to 120 days, is not concessionary?...The fact that those temporary employees do not accrue seniority and do not get any other benefits, is not concessionary?......Should I go on?
do u think obama's nlrb created a political stir with giving the college football players a vote on april 25?

U keep saying obama wont matter regarding a release for us but all ive seen are bizarre decisions in labors favor, which is great. Thus your statements that a release isnt coming are at best premature at this point

So it is off shore. Speaks volumes when the unorganized AA agents answer calls in SRO (Dallas/Ft Worth) and SERO (Cary/Raleigh NC) along with home based agents. Yep it really pays to belong to the CWA.

Josh

you may truly hate US and the unions  but I gotta tell you  the CWA at US has a better scope  and it bec of that is why the airline brought back the RES in house.

you ought to know the actions your company and the other financial institutions did to create the mess  the economic mess in the us.

Im beginning to wonder how good a financial planner you are? i think your hatred for unionism has gotten the best of you..

Why not have a call center in EUR?....US has a lot of flts into out of EUR who's local language barriers would produce a problem for some US based res.

Don't forget BK produced a lot of this offshore BS.. AA never filed till last year.

yes. Iam141 eboard pledged 100% endorsement of the current intl leaders. United members and boeing workers are perhaps the biggest supporters of reform due to their concessionary contracts. Usairways ramp, southwest air, and usairways mx seem to be supporting the current officers.
The results of the Grand Lodge election, in particular, the turnout of support for the opposition candidates could be a barometer of what to expect with the upcoming DL 141 Officer election. IMO... the UA turnout will be much higher at the district elections. There seems to be much dissention among the members at UA with the leadership's past performance and history. US ramp, concerning the DL 141 election, could be holding their cards, but they are vastly outnumbered by the UA members. In the meantime future progress concerning US Fleet negotiations are on ice. Most likely with the blessing of both parties. Is it politics over resolving contract negotiations?

Favorable?

Just like the Obama Administration didn't succumb to the AFL-CIO pressure on the multi-employer insurance plans under Obamacare...how they didn't intercede in Tennessee....how union pressure has been unable to stop the expansion of trade agreements....how there is a huge stop sign on raising the national minimum wage....how even the UAW took concessions when the auto industry was bailed out....How no major airline has been given a release even when the Democrats controlled BOTH houses of Congress....ect, ect. ect.

But, by all means...if you believe giving athletes at one college the right to vote for unionization is the rainbow you needed....then there it is. (even though this is one step in the process that will be appealed and probably end up in the Supreme Court a few years from now)

You must be right. A release is imminent.

Actually, no. It's NOT happening.

Hmmmm...i think a release is coming ladies and gentlemen......  or an acceptance of our NC offer .

With the company projected to make billions, we may have someone on our side for once!!

CB?..........How did that CLT meeting with both MTC and FLEET go today?
