Maybe Prez can chime in about his comments about the incident to the NMB. lol
I'm not sure anyone has to defend something we haven't seen yet...Maybe you are baiting?

Tim,

You are a hypocrite, you pushed for Delaney and when you got fired you turned on him.

You pushed for the whole ND team and got the Organizing job as your spoils.

You have done more damage to fleet than anyone except the company.

92 was your fault.

And how is Tracy running since her job in CLT is being eliminated?
90% of the membership supported Delaney, but that doesn't entitle anyone to lifetime support.  I stopped supporting him, then got fired. You might want to see how many times he thanked me and my organizing team in the old messenger magz, even in the one a couple months before I got whacked by him.   He F over the AirTran folks and we almost came to blows.  A negotiator got hurled off that negotiation team as well when he almost punched Delaney in the face.

The facts are not mine sir.  A document will be presented and folks can make their own mind up sir.  You will have some explaining to do.

COC? Not sure what you could be talking about.  Please share?

No baiting.  I can assure you 100% about that.  Listen, Prez did nothing wrong but he did provide some statements that, imo, I think would be offensive if I were from PHL and he were seeking my vote in a union election.

Tim,

Regarding the PHL 22 you are speaking of, several members in PHL have approached me about the incident over the years and most gave me the opportunity to explain my position. I can't tell you what they all think but I knew all the TWU guys and a couple of them were good friends. If you are desperate and want to bring this stuff up then I guess you have to do what you think is right. Remember though there are facts that you should know but I am sure that politics will not let you learn about facts.

I know what it meant.  I don't have any idea why you want to talk about it though???
Just that you thought it was a slam dunk. Care to elaborate?

I think 141 and 142 entire thought it was a solid case.  I think I was one of about 99% of all members who thought we should fight for it.  What are you trying to say I lost the case for fleet and for MX?

Not at all, I remember you posting non stop about how it was a slam dunk, just saying it is your style to take a side and beat it to death and when is all said and done, you don't know as much as you think you do. One thing I've learned as a leader is that you win ones you thought you were going to lose, and you lose ones you thought you were going to win.

Hello All,

My Name is Bill Kline and I work for USairways FSA LL 1725 . I would like to commend Kathy in TUS for her honesty, I to was caught up with the "New Direction" in 2008 I fully supported Rich Delaney and his team. His Campaign Pro...mise to the US airways members was he would and I quote "Arbitrate this terrible Attendance Policy that your company imposed on you" well that was a good stump speech but that was all it was. Because shortly after being elected he withdrew OUR Greivance from the Company.

I am guessing that since he would be signing the same type of aggreement with UA management just a few months later would cause a little bit of a conflict of interest. Lets move on to other campaign promises.. " We are going to aggressively go out and Orgainize to grow our membership" well that was partly true but only after Tim Nelson and others pushed him to do it. we yes we ( I was an orgainizer for DL141 for 2 yrs ) went out and won the Airtran campaign with the help of Gene Beaty and a few others , only to have Rich Delaney turn around and sign a BS agreement with WN to not have a "No Strike Clause" in any future agreement, So after getting 3600 NEW Members Rich pissed them all off by do that and handing them over to DL142. Thanks Rich 2 yrs of hard work down the drain.

The platform they used to Run against the Former Officers is the same thing they have become.. any of this sound familiar.. "wheres your AGC , they never come around and take " sound familiar or how about this. "Canale never comes and speaks to the membership" Hmmmm hey Rich been to a Local Meeting in CLT lately. NOT. Or how about this one.. "There is no reason for such a backlog on so many grievances" Gee that sounds really familiar . and one of the all time Campaign Stump speeches.. Canale spends way to much of the memberships money boozing it up at Conventions. I guess have last years Convention in Hawawii was pretty cheap huh Rich.. When you have an E-board that sits around at E board meetings with a Investment advisor teaching them how to invest there new found wealth off the memberships dime is simply criminal.

The New Direction or whatever the hell they call themselves had their opportunity to make this a better union time to move on 6 yrs was more than enough time to move forward instead Rich and Company have set airline employees backwards with his signing of that Dopey UA contract.

Losing Jobs when a company is making record profits is completely unacceptable. For that I go back to my original thought. "Do your job and elections will take care of themselves " well You nor your henchmen have done your jobs so its time to move on .

For I first apologize to my fellow union brothers and sister for helping to lead us to where we are with these clowns and with that I would like to Endorse
Tim Nelson, Tracy Baldwin Russo, Gene Beaty, Bruce Davis and the rest of the Unified for Change team.

Good Luck to all
Sincerely,

Bill Kline LL 1725 CLT

Well said Bill, I worked with Bill and have known him for many years. I also supported the New Direction team. I share the same thoughts as Bill. Agc visits are not on the radar at my station. I am a firm believer that working from your home makes you work less.A station realignment for these guys is a must.

For example..... why should an agc fly from Clt or Phl to Sea when you have a guy in Phx thats only a two hour flt away and can be back home at night. There should be union offices in all the hubs with the agc's working out of them, allot of bull crap going on in the district.

There are offices. The agcs in phl and cly barely go to the breakrooms, even when they are at the airport. Not that a more social agc is worth much more if he is soft.

But particularly the phl agcs are never around with the exception of election windows.
Bottom line is that 6 years of complete and utter ineptness is enough

Who are the select few and who do they represent M141 M142
Not sure. Last time it meant sito, tom reagon, delaney, and a mx guy.
The thing that bothered me was that no iam member working under the fleet service contract was allowed in negotiations. So all our negotiators got things second hand.

Ive exposed this on this site over the last few weeks in hopes of getting the nc a bit more tough to approach delaney and make sure he understands they just arent a bunch of pushovers and expect to have at least some first hand presence.

Alot of bull crap is going to change if we get an eboard that just doesnt roll over and kiss delaneys ass. Imo, he will retire if there is change in june because he knows he will be rped in by a majority eboard that didnt drink kool aid.

Tim,
How involved is Sito in negotiations? 700 speaks very highly calling him "old school" and a "fighter" but from everything I have seen he has caved in favor of UA management and has been all talk about the merger and US negotiations.

Josh

This isnt UA, even the current Fleet who post here tell you they dont care, this is US, not UA or HA.

Get over it.
