I have no idea mike, that's what I've heard our president makes ..
I know you don't know..... i was looking for your source. You can look it up for accuracy if you want and post good info next time you want to make a point.

And some of the Agc's don't make as much as you might think for being on the road and away from home alot.

A little cover for your statement?     Even if so called cinderella dates would be 2017 +?..........  knowing that a TA may come before that?  I don't know as much a you know ( somehow ) but that type of length could be negotiated away in a TA?
No. I just pointed out my statement again after you quote mined it again. You are good at that.  I don't have the information on any Cinderella date other than one is on the table and I wouldn't see any reason why management wouldn't sign one as it would continue to keep leverage in their hands.

The following is my opinion on the matter.  I suspect that you and Team Delaney will package up the sales job as how you expressed yourself above. Quite shameful I might add.  The thought that "Well, hell, just accept the cindy dates since we will be working and get a new contract before that date anyways!"   Such talk is ignorant and completely unsupported unless one believes that management is nice fellas.  But that is the exact sorta thing they told the united folks.   However, neither United management or American management is going to be in any mood to sign a new contract prior to expiration of Cinderella dates, in fact, it may give management a strong reason to shelve real talks until after the time bombs hit.

Bad for all workers who aren't of age, as yourself, to consider retirement.

  2. I am of age to retire. Thats how much you don't know but throw out to the public as fact.....Hell i even told you i had 39 + yrs...i would have had to be hired when i was16 not to have retirement age !!! One thing you are correct about is no scope improvement then i vote no...and thats my choice.... for my fellow employees who still have to work here.....

The pay structure of the IAM is an outrage ...there's no getting around it ...we let it slide because we are complacent but it's total BS ...

I'll ask about the Cinderella dates on the table.  If they bring out the TA after the May 19 negotiations, then it may be politically great for Unified for Change but not the preferable path if they issue an acceptance as their only choice of recommendation on a TA that doesn't increase scope.   Unfortunately, Charlie Brown doesn't want to piss off management and insist on not bringing anything back until it is good enough for 'him'.

OTOH,  if we get new AGC's elect.  Regardless of my opinion, I think we are at a point where we need to bring back what is on the table to the members and if the leaders feel it is unfair then just recommend a rejection AS THE BYLAWS SAY.  Charlie should read the bylaws some time.

Unlike Charlie Brown, I don't hide behind handles and I'm not the slightest worried about pissing off management.  We need our members to see and vote on a proposal and allow that to give the leaders the consent to go back for more, if such proposal is rejected.  If the members approve it, then on to joint talks.  Until then, management is just playing with our leaders like yo yo's.  At least our union bosses have stopped the nonsensical talk of a release since a release is now over with.

I think Freedom is looking at the LM2's. It's public knowledge.  I agree with Freedom.  Buffy's salary is pusing 3 bills.  His son's compensation is over $200,000.  Hopefully, the INTL leadership will use the INTL election as a learning experience and be more accountable, and I'm not talking about salaries.  IMO, most wouldn't care even if the salaries are high, if folks actually were accountable and did their job instead of trying to get everyone to fear them.

No I would care if salaries were high. .. as that we the membership are paying these wages ...

So show us how Delaney makes $250k, you posted now back it up.

And the members vote on the officers salary.

Dont let the facts get in your way.

I won't let the facts get in my way...

I think the salaries are about 25% too high. ...

It's not for me to say but I think my actions have shown that I have been a great team player.
Thats the biggest lie you have ever posted.

If you were a team player you wouldnt have tried to raid the IAM three times by trying to start your own union.
