rockit, there an agreement that the stations such as JAX are protected thru April 2015  If it were to be outsource before than than the IAM would have one heck of a grievance filed and would win that.
That's not that far away................................

Unprecedented? You are obsessed and a stalker. Its called an abrogation.
Maybe if you negotiated a consensual agreement it would have been less bad than the terms imposed. Either way you had your team were ineffective and you defend your position to this day with excuses.

Robbed, what is presently on the table would be considered a disaster by all of us.  They have just bull shitted you and us.  First they were talking about "Stirke",  "Release".  Who told all of you that when we got close to June that "Strike" and "Release" would fade and such talk would be eliminated?  Who told everyone as Prez and Charlie Brown were saying that June and single carrier or anything else would have nothing to do with it and that "We are ready to strike!".

I don't operate in fairy tales nor do I tell them.  These guys are rotten to the core.  I'm not a prophet, but I know what is happening and I know that some things they have said are quite juvenile even if they don't know that because they are simply not aware of laws, processes, etc., and therefore have to listen to Delaney shitting.

As I reported months ago how they would finally put their bong down, they finally did exactly how I said and piped down about strike.   The main reason why strike and release is dead and that an impasse will never be secured was NOT because of the company movement but rather the movement of OUR negotiation team which moved towards management a bit farther than all of you would have liked.

When that happened, that movement towards management was enough to table any impasse talk.   Again, it was the UNION movement that tabled a release forever.

Finally CB 'fessed up' and called the last proposal "A POS" which is contrary to his emails and what Delaney said when they proclaimed much progress and "Look for a possible announcement if just a bit more".

Anyone who is not happy with making a lot less than AMR in September [$23.30]  will be thoroughly upset as they were hoodwinked by the negotiation committee into their infamous "Line in the sand over 6 things".   LMAO.

Well, it didn't happen fellas.  Only in the movies!    Merging in with AMR wage was agreed with AH to back load most of it so the TWU members won't get a solid wage parity bump.  And other than another fairy tale union update telling you that things look real good and AH has finally opened his eyes for progress,  it's all BS.   Don't get me wrong, I hope they come out with a TA so the membership can truly assess the situation.  But when they waived off enhancing scope and tabled their previous demand of $23 at signing, they truly botched this up.   Like I said, a lot of cleaning up with this mess.  Can't say I am surprised because past history was always a good indicator of what we can expect in the present.   But it isn't done yet.  AH and JG have a scope stretcher on the table still trying to stretch out scope by increasing the flight activity needed to shut down a station. Presently, it is 56 flights a week.

WHere is all the "Lock and Load" or did CB and Prez tell them to take their bullets out of the gun as AH instructed?  Getting 'pantzed' by AH is becoming quite common for this union but in the end, they will blame the membership and blame AH.

He trusted Carr and was manipulated into signing a TA that he didn't even read the language on.  The NC stayed in the back room and the union boss brought in a highlight sheet and had them vote on it, much like what happened at United with our eboard.  These guys are absolutely unaccountable and don't even read the contracts before they vote on a highlight sheet to recommend it to the membership.  Long story short,  after 700 read it, he flipped and decided to vote no because it outsourced his very own job.  But it was too late.

At least you are the most honest Team Delaney supporter.  What else do you think Delaney & Buddies are going to concede to this week?  They seem desperate for a deal since they are taking an absolute political pounding for not doing anything over 6 years.  Do you think they bite on AH and JG scope stretcher proposal last week and hope that JG tosses in a few nickels and a dime on pay to raise the scope bar?  Ole, JG certainly is on top of his game, and the boys thought that scope was over when they agreed not to enhance it.  Bad move!  JG seems ready for the kill at this point, realizing how District politics has current officers begging.  He did the same thing with a ratification in May 2008 when Canale jumped and took a nasty offer before the June 2008 election.

The NC should have stuck to their original 6 demands as that was, I thought, the line for no more concessions.  Shouldn't have moved because their only chance at a release was to have no movement and an impasse declared.  The problem was that they didn't have any space to move because they were asking for a ridiculously low amount anyways.  They should have been asking for a lot more so their movement wouldn't have infringed upon the most sacred things of the membership.

Tim when the IAM agreed to outsource lav service did the contract go to an IAM vendor like they did with United Express IAD and NWA with Air Willy?

Josh

And Prez is lying again.  Saying that if change happens, then 4 members of the NC will be dismissed.  I can't speak for Delaney but why would he dismiss anyone that he appointed on the negotiation team?  Regardless if someone gets voted out?

All these guys do is lie and you will see more of it as it root them out when we get closer to June.

When the IAM agreed with AH that lav service should be outsourced, it didn't necessarily go to a IAM vendor. It depended upon the station.  Presently, AMR has lav service in the ramp contract so let's hope any joint contract doesn't decide that lav service is worth less than getting the association up and running.

Tim. If all that you proclaim is, in fact true, and the NC brings it back for a vote, I see it being overwhelmingly rejected. The NC san spin it as best they can but I believe this membership expects more. let's see what comes out of DFW this week and then it's off to elections in June.
Lock and Load!

Well ... I see Tim is up early with his entire menagerie of faux digital Fleet Members and one fuax Banker...

Desperation and anxiety prevail as the election date looms closer. I would surmise that that AFTER the election, this menagerie will sporadically post negative comments regarding how crappy the T/A is... of course that is “IF” there is a T/A to begin with!

Calling good, hard working, honest guys, like P Rez and CB LIARS is not going to win you any votes, nor does it say much about you as credible candidate for AGC...

Tim and josh you two are blatant liars, when I get home I will once again refute the bobsy twin's lies with the facts.

Tim you should be ashamed you are running for office and you lie about things and get called out.

Really?  What have they done in 6 years?  Sorry Roabilly, members aren't paying $700 a year for seat warmers. I fully understand your retired but for us active members, our craft has been destroyed enough and June can't come quick enough.
