AF Posters and Readers has any one been charged, convicted, fined, or jailed on the Company side or Union side for violating NDL or CDL currently or in the past ? Leaking , Collusion, and Leverage becomes the name of the game when either Party is not being honest or negotiating in GOOD FAITH . The process and system under the RLA and NMB is broken and has become a JOKE !

If they haven't... they damn sure should be! We have someone on here admitting to leaking confidential information from negotiations into a public forum! No matter how you look at it... it's not beneficial in the overall quest to reach an agreement, for EITHER side! If it's a Union Officer, he should be dismissed. If it's a Company official the NMB should investigate!

somehow  some way  I did not think they would get an agreement  but the big quest now becomes  what will the NMB do next,,   it seems that  the strike thing cld make a come back?   but its in the hands of the nmb,
 
josh if you despise the aircraft type so much as you do the IAM and US  why not just do the simple thing and fly DL forever   at least from ATL you can fly anywhere in the planet DL goes...   Youre absolute hatred of the IAM and US is beyond clear.   and stalking 700 at every dam post is quite old not to mention the continuation of the bs btwn you and him.     not sure when a good time is for you to knock it off but I think it shld of happen like 20 yrs ago at the rate it goes.

There is not going to be any strike nor is there going to be a release and the IAM is not going to mention it ever again. These guys F that all up with the movement towards the company two sessions ago.  The previous talks, the IAM agreed to move towards the company when the company agreed to move towards the IAM, and the NMB mediator cooled off any strike talk.  There isn't any more "lock and load" as AH B slapped Delaney and said he would move forward if the IAM stopped all the picketing and moved towards him on wage and scope.  They did.  During the last round of negotiations, the only thing that remained was scope.  That's it.  With longevity, the IAM was able to patch over $22.  I believe it was $22.10 with a .20 longevity to be specific.  And a installment plan to bridge sUS wages into AMR's by late 2015.  
 
Everything is done other than the 56 flight activity bar.  AH insist on raising it.  I dunno what happened this week but the previous negotiations,  Roabilly's boys suggested they were open to the threshold being moved upwards if the Cindy dates could be pushed to one day before ammendability [which is an abomination].  Ole AH countered with a no layoff clause for all full timers if they get contracted out.  No agreement on any of that happened.  Me thinks that the Cindy date will be backed up to one day prior to ammendability to give AH the leverage he needs in joint talks,  and Delaney can 'spin doctor' job security with his infamous "Well, hell, I got a no layoff clause so that after your lard ass gets contracted out, you gets to move hundreds of miles and watch swissport take over."
 
However, if you read Delaney's update, it looks like it is.  Now his bullsitting is talking about exactly what I told you was on the table last week.  Read my post.  I'm not a prophet.  I didn't get the update yet for this week but it seems to me that Delaney and crew are now considering to up the 56 flight minimums but in return get the ghost protections, i.e., no-layoff clause for all full timers in case they get contracted out.  Me also thinks the 69 seat aircraft for USAIRWAYS inc may be eliminated but I don't know.  At any rate, see United about how that no layoff clause is working out for them.  All bullshit stuff on their part because these fat asses are stupid shits and have absolutely no skill sets or academic standing as AH and JG are abusing them.  
 
Oh no, not again.  And I doubt they meet any time this side of June 30 since there are union conferences and elections that they put in front of negotiations.
 
Only good thing is that Change may be able to go in and clean up this big fat mess.

I seem to be more interested in the working people.  What bothers me the most is when so-called leaders are making money and bullshitting our members. I get a bit fussy with that and the leaders tend to get super pissed off at me for outing them.  I don't mind bullets as you prolly already figured out.  I'm gonna pound these pricks if they think they are going to endorse some bullshit contract that gets the ole rubber stamped no layoff clause and also ups the flight activity at a future date. No mercy!  Pound the living hell out of them like I B slapped the misleaders at United. No fear, no mercy on these punks.  I'm coming for them.

Ever consider the reason there is no deal is because your NC is playing the kind of hardball you want them to? I mean think about it. They went to DFW for cripes sake. Nothing finalized at HQ? Not saying you may or may not know things but my perspective looks at the little things like that.
