One would have to wonder why this supposed term sheet is taking so long to produce? Is Tim waiting for it to arrive by snail mail because the FBI may check his E-Mail account if it was sent electronically? Otherwise a copy placed through Fedex you would have to think already would have arrived?

Otherwise since we all know that Tim has a complete office with every possible electronic devise. All he would have to do is print it, black out the address, rescan the document or documents and post it on here for the readers view.

Tim is under no gag order and no one would come to arrest him or censure him since he never signed any non disclosure documents.

As much as all of us would like, the company is not going to blow it's entire load all in one shot. Like I've said before BOTH sides are going to want carrots on the stick to get us all to come to the table to give them the synergy they want for a JCBA.

Prez, phx management gets away with alot more than clt or phl. At any rate, folks i talk to in phx say you are too close with management. They would know best.

As far as the term sheet, you will be able to view it. I didnt get an update yet for this time but i hope to have the info and put it out by june 1.
