+1Two weeks is plenty of time. But the chairpersons should have had an opportunity to review the contract first, prior to their meeting. That way they would have been prepared to ask more specific questions instead of just having another contract presentation that has a general gloss to it.
Scope is the most important and then we have to make sure there wasnt anything obscure that allows health care openers.

Effective 9/12/2016: In the event that a Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) has not been reached for the fleet service classification at American Airlines, base wage rates will be increased by 2.1% and the amendable date of the contract will be extended one (1) year.
