Aren't you glad you get to point out the things we didn't get in this T/A so you can shift focus on how wrong you were. At first you said we wouldn't even stay in section 6. Then we gave up scope. Then we didn't get AA wages until 2015. You complain about the pension, but yet your past post said that we shouldn't put another cent into our pension, now you criticize we didn't put enough in it. You are the only one on this site that still believes anything you post. I told you along time ago as soon as you loose your credibility then you would have nothing left. We achieved a lot in this T/A for our members. No one has said we got everything. So of course youc can can list the things we didn't get. But your past post prove that we got a hell of a lot more than you said we would. I've always said you are your own worst enemy. But I have to admire the way you never listen to anyone. Keep it up. Your being very successful on the path your taking!! Elections are over. Section 6 talks are over ( this T/a is gonna pass). Why don't you try to focus on what we should be shooting for in joint talks, instead of living in the past. I would think you would be the first person on here that wants to forget the past and look forward.
Thats ridiculous. I definately wanted our very putrid retirement enhanced. What i said was that enhancement should go into a 401k. But not in any case would i or anyone else thought you guys would side with management to only put a tiny dime into it. Good grief.
And im really not sure how you can say that you really did anything over 3 years other than giving management a blank check on our health care, doing nothing at all for 40% of our members who are part time and only getting wage bumps of 1.5% per year for each of the last two years for those not topped out. I have no idea why negotiations took 3 years when this ta could have been had the first day.
of course management will jump all over scope if you give up the cross utilization and insourcing. Why wouldnt they? I have already said that i can apprehend that exchange.
Can you tell me what my health care cost is going to be?
I saw that one coming but i never thought you guys would give it up for nothing in return.
At any rate, sure ill talk about all the things u guys left on the table and so should you. You guys left everything on the table. Wth?
Why didnt you guys stick to your word and address part time issues?
Why did you guys agree to table holidays?
Why keep the sorry overtime schedule and agree once again not to have premium pay on holidays?
What happened to bringing the pension up? You think folks are impressed with 3 years of negotiations and you guys get ecstatic about bringing back $51 a month benefit with the .10 increase?
This is the second contract out of bankruptcy and with section 6, a great opportunity blown.
Its just not a good ta. Will it pass? Sure.
