if they do expect timmy to be on here saying how much the negotiating committee bowed to management
Tim would say that management was bowed to if we got $50.00 per hour and only gave up a $3.00 OT meal allowance.

It's just what Tim does.

The real evil in all of this is management. If you love the fact that AH only gave you another cost neutral contract when the company is making a billion dollars a quarter then iguess you will also be his cheerleader in joint talks.

These negotiators got pimped. Part timers were betrayed and all you got was a fistful of dollars in exchange for "see management" health care. Hey i can use the money too but AH must be lhao at you and your rah rah about his lame ta he baited you with.

sorry but our pension blows in this ta, health care is a scratch and sniff, part timers got effed again, half sick time, no more holidays, no shift differ, no profit sharing, no nothing except a long overdue wage. All the nc did was stall for 3 years then get a wage bump and bereavement for step children. Bravo!

Aren't you glad you get to point out the things we didn't get in this T/A so you can shift focus on how wrong you were. At first you said we wouldn't even stay in section 6. Then we gave up scope. Then we didn't get AA wages until 2015. You complain about the pension, but yet your past post said that we shouldn't put another cent into our pension, now you criticize we didn't put enough in it. You are the only one on this site that still believes anything you post. I told you along time ago as soon as you loose your credibility then you would have nothing left. We achieved a lot in this T/A for our members. No one has said we got everything. So of course youc can can list the things we didn't get. But your past post prove that we got a hell of a lot more than you said we would. I've always said you are your own worst enemy. But I have to admire the way you never listen to anyone. Keep it up. Your being very successful on the path your taking!! Elections are over. Section 6 talks are over ( this T/a is gonna pass). Why don't you try to focus on what we should be shooting for in joint talks, instead of living in the past. I would think you would be the first person on here that wants to forget the past and look forward.

Thats ridiculous. I definately wanted our very putrid retirement enhanced. What i said was that enhancement should go into a 401k. But not in any case would i or anyone else thought you guys would side with management to only put a tiny dime into it. Good grief.

And im really not sure how you can say that you really did anything over 3 years other than giving management a blank check on our health care, doing nothing at all for 40% of our members who are part time and only getting wage bumps of 1.5% per year for each of the last two years for those not topped out. I have no idea why negotiations took 3 years when this ta could have been had the first day.
of course management will jump all over scope if you give up the cross utilization and insourcing. Why wouldnt they? I have already said that i can apprehend that exchange.
Can you tell me what my health care cost is going to be?
I saw that one coming but i never thought you guys would give it up for nothing in return.

At any rate, sure ill talk about all the things u guys left on the table and so should you. You guys left everything on the table. Wth?
Why didnt you guys stick to your word and address part time issues?
Why did you guys agree to table holidays?
Why keep the sorry overtime schedule and agree once again not to have premium pay on holidays?
What happened to bringing the pension up? You think folks are impressed with 3 years of negotiations and you guys get ecstatic about bringing back $51 a month benefit with the .10 increase?
This is the second contract out of bankruptcy and with section 6, a great opportunity blown.

Its just not a good ta. Will it pass? Sure.

Btw how many members sent in contract proposals asking you guys to negotiate an open ended health care plan? You guys are incorrect when you say the health care was kept. Nobody knows the cost, the deductable or anythingat all about the health care. Such a big item but AH got the copany off the hook with that power grab.

i think a little healthy competition is a good thing, many fortune 500 companies do similar things... we already have score cards about the hubs, why not reward success when its due?
Sounds reasonable, but I also believe creates an atmosphere where some may cut corners and work towards the very rules that can cripple them in times of need. It breaks doem the fabric of togetherness and could create an even larger gulf with in the "me" generation.

If management senses they have created a gulf among our own Membership it makes it harder for the leadership to create leverage in negotiations on the local (station) level and the national level.

Arguments of the membership being annoyed are drastically opposed when they bring up videos of members smiling and eating cake....

Once again, if timmy doesnt win or get his way, or looks bad he goes off on a rage.

Time to grow up.

And you wonder why in 20 years you cant win a District or International Election.

And the reason is you are in it for the wrong reasons, you are in it for yourself and your quest for power which you have never achieved and wont, as you will learn its about the membership and putting them first, something your ego wont let you do.

HaHaHaHa....you are a trip.

I've told you for a long time that your tactics are never going to work because negotiations include another party and the Merger threw a curve ball into your negotiations. A company is not going to agree to anything substantial with a second negotiation looming. It makes no sense.

Since you have been monumentally wrong in your accessment during this entire process it seemsoonly natural that you go on the attack.

Considering the situation, it seems the IAM did admirably by attaining financial gains then partnering with a larger group in order to fix other issues which the TWU has held the line...like PT, OT rules and a myriad of other changes which would be very difficult for the airline to extract since the largest group just cane out of BK and are not looking to give up any more.

The oonly people that can't understand the logic of the current negotiations are those with an agenda of opposition, which only needs to rant and not have any solutions or alternatives. Just a bunch of sour grapes.

I just want to know when Tim and his Buddy Wiki, will admit they were 100% wrong on there "inside information" and why you are all giving him a pass on it and his horrid behavior, I know I would never want him to represent anyone.
