That is going to be great, seeing that nice big bird drop in. Just remember Snap, the rate is $236.06 remember that every time it parades by. Those west 75 drivers need to know they passed on a chance for it. Probably for years to come. And that slick lawyer team of Ferguson and Koontz made sure that happens.
Prechillil, she should stop in for a sniff. It will be the closest she will likely ever come to one.
Absolutely, she is welcome. Just let her know those crew meals she taunted us over are going to leave their mark for her.
I really miss you guys saying we make less and don't get crew meals, the rest of the LOA93 stuff

I remember, you want predictions.
We all will be flying for AA and the APA will represent ALL the pilots of American.
That's my prediction.
Come on, when is the Move2clt?

It was a pleasure seeing you and Seham take it in the shorts.

You may not like the ending.
It is time to take responsibility for your actions and inactions.   You were one of the leaders for the west.  You can not take the blame off your shoulders and put this on to others indefinitely.  Your west pilot save Dave campaign turned in to the west wanting to be like Dave.

Have you no decency sir?

On every count, huh? I was there for both trials. Are you telling me I did not see a jury come back with a GUILTY verdict in the first trial only to have 2 of 3 judges on the 9th say it was not ripe.
If you think Judge Silver was a win....Leonidas has a surprise for you.
Court Finds USAPA Breached Duty of Fair Representation to Former America West Pilots
A federal court in Arizona recently entered an order requiring the US Airline Pilots Association (USAPA) to negotiate in good faith for a single contract including an arbitrated seniority list for all 5,200 pilots at US Airways following the airline's 2005 merger with America West. See Addington v. US Airline Pilot's Ass'n (July 17, 2009). The court entered the order after a jury found that USAPA breached its duty of fair representation to former America West pilots by abandoning an arbitrated seniority list in favor of a date-of-hire list.http://www.fordharrison.com/5213
It is conceivable that some out West profit greatly simply via donations for a fight that would be less profitable if it were actually won. Keep the faith. Believe. Victory is closer today than it was five years ago.

Keep your eye on prize!!

(Hey why don't you guys still talk about a bazillion $ in damages?)

It must be tough writing a check to AOL knowing that DOH would be about a $40,000 raise for some. DOH would have also allowed a bunch of West F/Os into international widebody positions. With east attrition there a lot of west pilots leaving a lot of money on the table. Keep fighting for the Nic.

Predictions please, I want to make notes.

BTW, is your bump/flush prediction like Nic4nones gazillion dollars in damages one?
If I recall correctly I said $ 1.6 billion. Won't bother showing you the math, but I was correct and the fear of that number kept the company from giving uscaba the time of day.

Turns out, the conservative estimate of what the SCABs have cost this pilot group is $ 875 million in just lost wages.

So, what we have now is a scab union about to be shown the door, and per Silver's order will cease all SLI integration participation upon decertification.

We will head into a MB integration where arbitration is almost a certainty. In that arbitration the list used for the LCC pilots will be the Nic, once it is pointed out to the arbitration panel that combination of the SCABs/West would be illegal per MB, that the SCAB union was never able to negotiate any other list for LCC, and that the company testified half a dozen times under oath that the Nic is the status quo at LCC.

Then, all LCC pilots in Nic order will be integrated with the APA pilots at a huge disadvantage because of the $ 1.6 BILLION in contract improvements the LCC pilots obtained as a direct result of the APA and not the SCAB union.

Here is your prediction for ya...APA certified as bargaining rep March 17, 2014.

First SCAB initiated lawsuit within days.

RICO lawsuit filed against former SCAB union leaders within a week of BPR refusing to return dues collected to membership.

Fight for the Nic is over. Have you not heard? The Scab union is going bye bye!

Writing a check to AOL is not difficult at all. Marty has provided a service and we pay him for that service. Unlike the east SCABs who welch on their obligations.

Must be tough having a ++ next to your name knowing you left $350,000 ++ at the table you walked away from.

New hires in the left seat east. West pilots furloughed. Not good for the arbitration NoNic4
New hire slots in 76i east. Not good for the west. The two shiny suited new hire Leonidas huckster lawyers got the tables turned rather quickly on them. We hear Ferguson and Koontz are afraid to show their faces much anymore.
Soon the 330 will troll across the ramp in PHX to rub in your mistake.
Every day passes without a senior west capt or f/o in that jet. Let's start that clock of losses.

$875 million divided by 5000 pilots divided by 5 years is $35,000 a year.

Just wait until the numbers roll in for the new hires and all those the Nic would have forever blocked from capt and widebodies. The west losses will be staggering. A few more east bids will crush Leonidas into the earth.
Massive retirements and east hiring. The west losses are just beginning.

236.06/hr x85 and 90 plus PBGC of 44k a yr. do the math you idiot.
It was all well worth it to keep you in your dust box.

Bingo!! But might not be to late for the west to join in, they still might be able to join in the growth unlike the stagnation that has been bestowed upon them by Ferguson and Koontz. We know the senior folks are fed up with AOL, we will see.
