Number one...you get no sympathy from West pilots for trying to screw us.
Two...how about directions to the other side. Got to it.
I had no reason to want to screw the west. I did feel the award was a total mess. Was supportive of wye river to come up with a solution. Your side said no we will take our chances with the courts and the long out fight. For now it seems you've lost in the courts on every count.

I think APA said no negotiations until the NMB makes a determination.

Do you have another link to that document? I'm not a member of that site and can't access the PDF file you posted a link to. I suspect the "no more negotiations until single carrier is determined" was in regards to the JCBA only. The MOU states after single carrier is determined, APA would be the sole party negotiating a JCBA with the company. I suspect this has nothing to do with SLI negotiations... Btw, the integration protocol should be finished by Feb. 9th. We should know within 18 days.

No, and it wont cut and paste. It spells out the conditions for SCS already posted here.

I agree.

On every count, huh? I was there for both trials. Are you telling me I did not see a jury come back with a GUILTY verdict in the first trial only to have 2 of 3 judges on the 9th say it was not ripe.

If you think Judge Silver was a win....Leonidas has a surprise for you.

Court Finds USAPA Breached Duty of Fair Representation to Former America West Pilots

A federal court in Arizona recently entered an order requiring the US Airline Pilots Association (USAPA) to negotiate in good faith for a single contract including an arbitrated seniority list for all 5,200 pilots at US Airways following the airline's 2005 merger with America West. See Addington v. US Airline Pilot's Ass'n (July 17, 2009). The court entered the order after a jury found that USAPA breached its duty of fair representation to former America West pilots by abandoning an arbitrated seniority list in favor of a date-of-hire list.

That is going to be great, seeing that nice big bird drop in. Just remember Snap, the rate is $236.06 remember that every time it parades by. Those west 75 drivers need to know they passed on a chance for it. Probably for years to come. And that slick lawyer team of Ferguson and Koontz made sure that happens.
Prechillil, she should stop in for a sniff. It will be the closest she will likely ever come to one.

Remanded trial. As usual, you forget to tell the entire story. Integrity Matters........
The only surprise Leonidas gets is in the shorts.

It was a pleasure seeing you and Seham take it in the shorts.

You may not like the ending.

Ummm, that trial amounted to nothing but a display of legal ineptitude by an Arizona judge. Followed by another one who also is not so bright. Both served their good by costing you lots of ammo.
You forgot to add the part about the 9 th and the judicial remand.

Predictions please, I want to make notes.

BTW, is your bump/flush prediction like Nic4nones gazillion dollars in damages one?

Thanks. Plenty of ++ on the April bid but it's too broad a time frame. Someone could be retiring one month after the bid month or twelve. Would be good to know which month is the actual retirement month, particularly if there will be more permanent bids this year. The Scheduling Committee puts out upcoming retirements, so I suppose you could cross reference. But having that info on the published bid itself would be more helpful. I'm assuming it's a software issue.
Here are the Widebody Captain retirement numbers:

Notes?

Put it in your logbook.

At this point in my life, it's just hours I spent away from home.

We all will be flying for AA and the APA will represent ALL the pilots of American.

That's my prediction.
