Another deadline passed and no protocol agreement. I think the fact the APA insists on a west seat has upset USAPA.

Negotiations aren't over if there is no agreement... Just like final and binding ain't if there ain't no final agreement. 😀

P.S. No one has to agree to give up the protections of the MB statute... And Silver ruled the West is not entitled to a seat.. According to the statute.

West won't be at the table, except as represented by the former pilots of US Airways.  Judge Silver said so.  Doesn't matter whether USAPA exists or not.

APA is making moves, as well as the company, to assure a west seat at the table. That's quite obvious. Negotiations are at an impasse which means they're over. Neither side is going to give and time belongs to the APA. All that's left is the NMB and, per Silver, USAPA is separated from SLI and decertified. APA takes over and appoints west (who introduces Nicolau) and east reps of their choosing.

This is how it's going to happen. There will be no protocol agreement. USAPA is being slow-rolled. Freund sees it coming and parted with USAPA and is now retained by the west.

Not looking good for USAPA.
