Agreed. The east is on their last play, their only strategy these past six years having been delay, delay and delay. Since the east never submitted an official proposal for seniority the only list that the company and arbitrators have to reference is the Nicolau list. The east can submit their proposal to the arbitrators but that will carry little weight since USAPA is not going to be a union, just a group of disgruntled, angry fo's trying to evade a previous agreement.dca319 said:

APA won't do jack with any threats of a lawsuits from anyone.
