APA is making moves, as well as the company, to assure a west seat at the table. That's quite obvious. Negotiations are at an impasse which means they're over. Neither side is going to give and time belongs to the APA. All that's left is the NMB and, per Silver, USAPA is separated from SLI and decertified. APA takes over and appoints west (who introduces Nicolau) and east reps of their choosing.
This is how it's going to happen. There will be no protocol agreement. USAPA is being slow-rolled. Freund sees it coming and parted with USAPA and is now retained by the west.
Not looking good for USAPA.
