If Arbitrator Bloch or Jaffe declines to serve in this capacity or is not available to resolve the dispute, another neutral arbitrator shall be selected.

Maybe Nicolau is available.

Like I said, 60 days. Nice to see you point out the obvious. Why don't you take that to the APA and show them what your sleuthing skills have uncovered. AW.
Welcome back Move.

Absent an agreement, which it appears ain't happening, there will be no west at the table.  Count on it.

Keep telling yourself that.

APA and the company want the West represented.

If the Arbitration panel says the West has a seat, they have a seat.

You gonna sue them?

The APA will never go to arbitration.

It appears that in USAPA's quest to dictate seniority to the west, it may have given the APA the chance to dictate it to us all, both east and west. Time will tell I guess. For those of you on the east that told us, "don't worry we'll decide what's fair," are you comfortable with the APA saying the same to you? I'm not jumping up and down with glee, because I know the APA's first interest is it's pilot's and I have yet to see what they'd do if in control. If indeed they do gain control of the process, may they have mercy on our souls (seniority), or at least make an attempt at being fair.

Bean,

I agree with you that the APA will try and put their pilots interests first and I don't find this unexpected when you think that it was the APA that was 100% responsible for the MB legislation. I was expecting that they would do anything to circumvent MB and it also doesn't surprise me that the company would try to help them do just that. Bottom line is that if they are succesful in circumventing MB it won't go well for any former USAirways pilot east or west. USAPA going away will make many happy but it sort of looks like that "pyricc" (sp) victory that has been bandied about on this forum.

All the best,

Bob

That's nice, then they can give the TWA guys and the Empire guys a seat at the table also.

Why so angry junior? You have a big victory today.

60 days. So what, we delay the process 60 days. Just to be clear, are you saying the APA will be granted SCS before then and come, take over negotiate protocol agreement with themselves and move on? I just want to make it clear in my notes.

How did you do on the PHX bid?

Agree totally. Just like the Third Reich was all about the Germans alone. They used many along the way until it was time to take care of themselves, then they did. So will the Sky Nazis.
In the end it is they who will be elevated to the top.

Judge already ruled on that one.  Better come up with something else.  The arbitrator doesn't get to choose who is at the table.  Never has, never will.

Nice work Tony, you're starting to pay attention. They'll not only take them over, but change them to suit their needs. Remember how USAPA said they could do that anytime they wanted because they were the CBA and represented the majority?

You worried about the company shifting flying away from us and to the west and AA? If not, you should be.
