Actually, this time they might have to, when USAPA forces them to.  It won't be by their choice.
Damn Bill, you're a complete idiot. Even Kevin V gets it. Delay favors the APA you friggin' moron. USAPA has no leverage here at all.

Judge already ruled on that one.  Better come up with something else.  The arbitrator doesn't get to choose who is at the table.  Never has, never will.
The APA does and the company will agree to include the west.

If this impasse came as a shock to you like it did to Tony, then your an idiot like Tony.

Hey Junior, You'll be waiting your turn like everyone else.  Count on it.  It'll be a long time before you're my IRO, if ever.

Liars never win, haven't you ever learned that?

Nice work Tony, you're starting to pay attention. They'll not only take them over, but change them to suit their needs. Remember how USAPA said they could do that anytime they wanted because they were the CBA and represented the majority?

You worried about the company shifting flying away from us and to the west and AA? If not, you should be.
Why would they shift it west? The company is already flying more out there now than economical.

What makes you think that this is a shock to me? I read the company's filing with the APA's suggested PA. I don't know why USAPA was worried about the west having a separate seat.

But again junior, why so mad?

APA doesn't get to choose, either.  Just wait and see, YOU FRIGGIN' IDIOT (oh, and LIAR, too).

Of course they do Billy boy. They'll be CBA and can make the rules. USAPA said that too to the west.

They'll shift flying when idiots like you start playing the slow down game. You know, the one that got us enjoined. The put AA guys out here to keep an eye on us and fire idiots like Jamie who pull crap like that.

And now our scheduling committee has indicated the west will be flying our aircraft come May. Even more flying done by the west.

Seems like US/AWA TA had language saying it could be modified by the parties and Silver referenced that in her DJ ruling. I guess the company and APA was hoping to slip it in because it doesn't exist in the MOU. Too bad.

Of course there is that whole neutrality thing. You know when US Airways parked aircraft or reduced flying they were always quick to point how it was proportionate because of that whole "collusion" word. Seems that word was thrown around a lot legally and the US Aireays made great pains to "look" neutral for legal sake. Looks like you guys might get to enjoy another 5 years of status quo with no jcba and a lot of litigation. The only difference is the West can't poke the East about LOA 83, rather it will be the East poking the West about Phoenix and little attrition. Won't that be ironic?

Anyone who thinks this won't be done by fall is an idiot.
