I think we can all safely say the USAPA will be gone sooner rather than later. More than likely by summer but USAPA won't see the fall.

I say "you'se" are simply an insignificant, smarmy westie and a pathological liar, who's not possessive of even so much as the spine to accept a basically safe flying wager, but likes to "talk tough" on the net nonetheless. A curious phenomena among "spartans" that last. I'll suggest that you make an earnest effort at growing up someday "pilot", well...unless you're just exceedingly fond of being laughed at. Proper sympathy for your obvious mental issues can only extend just so far.

That's exactly opposite of what the only case law regarding MB says. A federal Judge ordered the APA to take over 100% after USAPA is crushed. Your group had ample opportunity to do the RIGHT THING yet failed...utterly and unalterably FAILED to learn the lesson. Your steel worker mindset along supreme arrogance and emotion cost every USAPA pilot dearly. I'm not a member of any of the concerned pilot groups but I am comfortable with the idea that it will NEVER be forgotten or forgiven. Payback is a #### and if I were you, I'd be bracing myself.

You idiots cannot discern the difference between a total legal debacle(Wake) and a victory. You quote Wake, a remanded trial, like it is law. You quote Judge Silver in dicta, as a ruling.

Now the APA is making the same mistake. Fortunately, they have legislation with their mug shot attached to it. They are on parole.

Federal Judges interpret and enforce the laws of the land...not rogue unions with a rapidly approaching expiration date. Spin around as fast as you'd like, but it's pretty damn clear how this is going to go down. The APA has every right to appoint a west committee IF THEY WANT TO IN THE INTEREST OF THEIR DFR...something USAPA refused to believe.
It's in their interest. Pout all you want, you've been neutralized.
