Proper access to east attrition, not to mention no internment in PHX, just for starters. Then; there's the deep satisfaction of preventing the disgusting likes of "you'se" from stealing at least a decade or more of worked years from my juniors out east, while having never done anything in "you'se" pathetic little life to ever even begin to deserve.  Next?

Nobody got neutered. What I read from the APA is very similar to a Leonidas update. Poor interpretation of law, misunderstanding, misinformation.
Biggest mistake by the APA was their statement of the MOU being a CBA. Nothing could be more incorrect. The APA is doing what they have always done, try to take control of the process right from the start. Unfortunately for them, they are on watch for what they have done in the past. Every word and writing will be watched closely by the NMB. Not a good or professional start.

Why don't you produce a ruling that backs you up instead of some AZ judges' dicta who knew she better follow the law, yet was inclined to go off on a verbal tangent.
