Wow, one year captain on the east, not to shabby!!!!!!
Phoenix: Is there another permanent bid out from which some are again excluded? Things seem a bit more surly than an average day.

crazystnic: Bring it on!.. "All the risk is on the west"

Indeed gentlemen, but I understand the amazingly self-styled "supreme commander" of their mighty "army" quelled all doubts and unrest during a recent rally:

Oh, God, I do pray that Ted Cruz gets the republican nomination in 2016.

I may just switch parties temprorarily to vote for him in the primary.

Yes,  PLEASE:  TED CRUZ, republican for President, 2016!  And Allen West as his running mate!

How does it feel to not only be a professional loser, but a political one, too!

Welcome to the demographic of the Third Millenium!  May I suggest  move to Russia where you may feel more comfortable?

Yes, this entire saga is leaving the strange world of Arizona. Where AZ judges live by seniority, yet cater to others who seek to upend it. Bobby Baldock and his Judge Wake connection has been severed. There will be no more back room subterfuge between judges who know nothing about RLA law. There will be no golf dates with the NMB legal staff to attain a new world order.
It is into the great unknown now for Leonidas and the APA. The world of McCaskill Bond and William Wilder. The Author. If there are questions about MB, who better to clarify than one of the authors? No Siegal in control directing a clueless judge. Not this time. The corporate attorney will have to square with Wilder. Perhaps the arbitrators are getting a look at the constant upward movement the east pilots are enjoying now that the economy is rebounding. They are aware of the temporary dislocation inflicted on east pilots to take them to the lower levels of america west in order to merge.
Onward and upward.

Callaway, you still a scratch golfer?
I see Bobby Ray Sr. Still sits on the Tenth Circuit.
Univ. Of AZ Law.
Did Wake or Silver go there? Oh, Wake was ASU. Close.

quick question..  when USAPA goes away can the ones responsible for costing the west pilots loss of income due to seat denial be held liable?

You are nothing to me. It's people like you who think they can pick other people's pockets to further your objectives. Pretty soon you are going to pick up the bill yourself when your union is kicked to the curb.

Demographics?
You'd fit right in with your Greenwich Village People.

Which one is the dock worker, Capt Brokeback?

USAPIANS

The list is already in the works.

They'd have to sue themselves.  Every time they tried to get anything in court, the court has ruled that they are NOT entitled to damages since a DFR has NEVER occurred.

Try to keep up.

Does it matter which one?  You're still going to get f***ed, loser!  Probably by all of them!  Maybe at the same time.  And by the all the other "minorities" that are coming to make you extinct, loser.

Not at all, they made the choice not to participate in the growth of our company, they were warned at Wye River. The little AFO club has hurt the west senior pilots who could hold wide body slot on the east.

...For you AAviator......
Subject: Wednesday, July 23, 2008 11:58 PM U-Turn: Taking Responsibility

"According to our reports, on Day One of Wye River, Jeff Freund warned the West MEC that if USAPA won, the West risked losing everything. He urged reaching an agreement. He was gone on Day Two. We wont address his motivation for leaving. As Jeff Freund observed in his rebuttal to the East MEC lawsuit, the NIC was not in stone. And the loss of ALPA put it in real trouble. At least ALPA had the obligation, through the ALPA Merger Policy, to attempt to get the company to use the NIC Award."

PLAIN AND SIMPLE THE WEST CHOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE AND THEN TRY TO PUT THE BLAME ELSEWHERE!!!!! THEY HAVE COST EVERYBODY MONEY.

NEW HIRES IN WIDE BODYS AND 1 YEAR CAPTAINS ON THE E-190

Which one do you find most attractive?

Minorities? I'd be glad to vote for Cruz and make him the first Hispanic Prez.

I'm in my 50's, I won't be extinct for a while.

Gear up...wuss

"Quick" question? Lol!

It ain't a question... It's an implicit assumption! They have been begging the courts for years to assume that premise! 😀

I am keeping up.  You may have forgotten, but about 6 months ago I said this SLI was headed to arbitration, and you said it wasn't.  Want to retract that statement?

I'm referring to when APA becomes the bargaining agent.  And the nonexistent USAPA claims something other than the NIC is the legitimate list.

Should be interesting..

I really didn't care that the easties cost themselves hundreds of millions of dollars due to their sheer stupidity, but looking forward, I can see how they'll try to do that to the combined pilot group as well.
