You should be thanking the West for every paycheck you have received since 2005 you reneging POS SCAB!
Have a nice day, don't spend it all in one place, we are getting very close to SCS determination from NMB, and once the SCAB union is gone....well...let's just say without the SCAB union protections, the former SCAB union supporters will find themselves in an awkward situation working with people who they effed over for the last 7 years.
Settle down Kiwi. After all it is you stealing American jobs. Franke merely let you in for his Australian ventures.

I give you less than 6 months of joint Ops before you face resignation in lieu of termination.

A process I am sure most West pilots are familiar with.

I do not understand why west pilots are not more thankful for USAPA protecting what they brought to the merger, PHX and narrow body Airbus Aircraft.

They should be thankful we saved their jobs form Project Zanzibar.

Incredibly, there is a rumor going around started by non other than "never been right" Chip Munn concerning the real reason the BPR is asking for a referendum to change the wording of the USAPA Constitution. In his make believe world, the only reason that the BPR is asking for the Referendum is money! Flight Pay Loss top be exact.

Some times I find it difficult to believe that intelligent pilots still believes in fairy tales or Chip Munn. Sadly, he writes something he has completely made up and his minions go out and spread his word. Shame on them. They should know better.

Let me tell those of you new to US Airways. No one knows less about the workings inside USAPA than Chip Munn. He is totally invested in the west getting Nicolau. If that happens, it vindicates all the prophecies he has made in the last 10 years that have been wrong and they are in the hundreds. He needs the west to win and if he can do that by trying to derail the referendum, he will do it. He is hoping that the APA will include the Nicolau award as our starting point in negotiations. The west never had a better friend than Chip Munn.

If you talk to anyone that has been here a while, ask about Chip Munn. Ask about what motivates him. Ask why a guy that is almost totally shunned by this pilot group for past damage he has caused should be believed now?

There is a very good reason why we need to pass that referendum. We need people to represent us that have no secret agenda, have proven in the past that they are pilot advocates and can direct the future that we need to make sure we are not sold out.

If you are curious as to how the language in the MOU gave the APA the belief that they will represent us in seniority, it is because the BPR was kept out of the secret negotiations. We are now in a fight with the APA that is totally unnecessary and should never have happened in the first place. Leaving our future in Gary Hummel's hands may very well lead to more screw ups that are unnecessary.

Please think about what happens to our seniority fight the day after the APA becomes your bargaining agent. Are you willing to put your trust in their "fairness?" We need all hands on deck in this fight. It costs us very little and almost no Flight Pay Loss to keep the BPR, but it may be the best money we will spend.
Vote "no" or don't vote at all if you want just Gary Hummel, with no input from anyone else making all the decisions that will possibly effect the remainder of your career.

Vote "yes," if you want your elected representatives to continue to participate in the strategy and decision making process.

It's really that simple.

The voting website is: https://BallotPoint.com/USAPA

Were you given permission to post from aaviatior? You were "up" but I believe according to his rules, you can post, but you have to wait until he asks a question first before you get an answer.

Another East "Ace" strikes again!  Let's dust off another pedestal!
Time to type out your letter telling Doug how the East guy didn't do it right, and offering that you are available to brief everyone on how to do it right. Splain it to us all.
