Doesn't section 10.a. say JCBA first, then arbitration? (line 9)

Of course it does, and the "neutral" company and the "predatory" APA will try to convince the judge that the Statute provisions are unavailable to USAPA for a multitude of reasons beyond that one.

Lawsuit first is a given.. It was already filed. Order of SLI and JCBA is TBD. Let's see what has more teeth. A statute or an MOU.

The APA is trying to supercede the MOU with becoming the single agent for the pilots and hijacking M-B.  If you read the USAPA filings in the DC circuit and the latest letter to the NMB from Wilder you'll see that the APA has no legal ground to stand on.  More to come.

That much is very clear. What's most amazing to me is the still-sustained fantasy, so often seen posted here, that their attempts will somehow "help" the west in any way, shape, or form, should they succeed.

Well, "young up and coming pilots" makes perfect sense. I mean seriously; what other possible audience, other than the young and still very impressionable, could such a pathetic creature ever find to indulge his "heroic" exploits? He's even, by his own braggadocio, apparently done (and I quote) "the most dangerous flying in the world", and no folks; I'm NOT making that up. 😉  Sigh..."Dude!"... I just gotta' get me one a' 'dem waay-cool "dire wolf" T-shirts some day, so I could magically become a "battle" tested "knight" too! Who knows?...Perhaps even a "lord" or "spartan"!!!
