Yea, I know. What a bunch of low life's.

 
Some of that can likely be traced to moral deficits, ie: celebrating tragic deaths with a "HA!", but the main spar for such foolishness generally lies within the inherent nature of the delusional life. For one to feel no empathy for lost souls, as well as fantasize themselves personally immune to any possible misfortune, requires a well-constructed and practiced delusional state of "awareness".

With the passage of March 9th, as per the MOU, are we now in the picking Arbs stage, or not?

I'm sure our new union has everything under control. Once the Former Bargaining g agent is officially thrown in the cess pool we'll get a much clearer picture of what the plan is. All signs seem to indicate autonomous merger committees.

Lawsuit first, SLI second and JCBA last.  It's M-B the hard way now.  NMB legally MUST issue list of arbitrators per USAPA request.  Statute takes precedence over contract.
