The FAA has never been bashful about taking action against any pilots they think might have made an error and I don't remember any action being taken against Sully of Jeff. If you're so sure that you have information that they made a mistake I think you should take your case public. I read the NTSB report and could find nothing in that to indicate any sort of screw up. The airplane ended up in the river and nobody got killed and that alone is pretty much precedence setting. I appears that you would like it if the pilots in the PHL incident had made a mistake and the nicest way I can say this to you is that to even think that way before any sort of investigation is done is very short sighted and is no credit to you.
