You had no case after the 4th Circuit slapped you upside the head for having not proven your charges.

I see you still have not accepted the loss.

Still seeing stars after the knockout?

RICO, the federal claim at issue, "does not cover all
instances of wrongdoing. Rather, it is a unique cause of action
that is concerned with eradicating organized, long-term, habitual
criminal activity

4th Circuit

I can't believe you guys are arguing about poop again.
Ahem. How much did it cost the westies to hire attorneys, miss work, etc to deal with the issue?
They didn't do it again, did they?
Nuff said.
Cheers.

A concept beyond the grasp of the USAPA men of genius.

RICO complaint;

"Upon information and belief, defendant Auxier made 45 telephone calls,
for a total of 160 minutes, to the USAPA toll-free telephone number from telephone
number (505) 710-4970. Auxier made 33 of the 45 calls between May 1 and May 7,
2008."

"Defendant Auxier’s postings on the AWAPPA Web Board end with the
message, “Have you called 877-678-7272 25 times today???”

"Upon information and belief, on April 28, 2008, defendant Auxier posted
the following message on the AWAPPA Web Board:
Hey, the UAL guys have the balls to deny the Eastholes, the least we can
do is follow suit. They are the pariahs of the industry, and frankly I think
it IS unsafe to have them on our jumps. They’ve made their bed, now they
get to lie in it. Plus – damn good point – they would be quicker than a
hard up Fed to bust us for the slightest infraction. Nuff said. I’m on board
– just itching to deny one to his face!"

The meeting is over in Charlotte and back to the boards.
Came out the meet in CLT which you seem to imply to be privy to.

APA Board of Directors Special Meeting ) Allied Pilots Association.htm

Answer: The APA Board had a Special Meeting and this is a brief description of what happened at it while in open session.

Or, do you have a more pointed question?

It seems APA is having a problem with upgrades to Captain on the US side. That I don't understand. And there is the comment about USAPA and the lawsuit. I thought the lawsuit was about McCaskill-Bond. Could someone clarify this?
