Were you not supposed to have a DOH contract inside of 90 days back in 2008? How many more years were you on LOA93 until the APA gave you a raise...5+ MORE years?
 
Where is your DOH inclusive contract? Is that just right around the corner? My guess is, (and I'll bet money on this) that the APA is going to be your new union before you see a DOH JCBA covering the East and West.  According to court records, the APA plans on giving the West their own merger committee...do you think the arbitration panel is unaware of the last several years? Do you think that they'd agree that George Nicolau is a senile old fool?
 
No one has ever answered this question btw: Whom among the USAPA Grand Poohbahs is willing to risk a jail sentence to mis-appropriate union dues after USAPA is obviously NO LONGER A UNION? 😀

USAPA is a private, unincorporated association. PERIOD!


They have no representational rights under the RLA, and as such, will be told that they don't represent me and to immediately return my prorated share of my dues money.

The knowledge that USAPA, the most costly failed experiment in aviation history, will soon be a bad memory makes me happy. It makes the a lot of people happy.

Dysfunction is the norm when speaking of USAPA.

"USAPA was unsuccessful in settling all disputes with Former President Mike Cleary, as directed by BPR Resolution on Sept. 27, 2013. He has now retained counsel in North Carolina, and USAPA received a letter including a proposed summons and complaint, and a proposed settlement on his claim for unpaid vacation. This claim will be handled by outside counsel."

I saw Roger Waters at the Cricket Pavilion a few years back. They released a VW sized helium filled pig. Watched it disappear as planes passed over on arrival to Sky Harbor. Try explaining that to ATC. On second thought, maybe not...
