We are trying to write this motion for an emergency injunction, or something... and some of the instructions you left for us are a bit confusing.  Do you have some time to go over it with us?  We are kind of in a hurry.  I know its Saturday but this is really important.... and its not like I don't understand hard work too.  Ya know I helped  found all this effort, I am on the West merger committee, and I invented the "Push for Justice" that is bringing in so manny donations.  Call me back soon please, because it will look really bad if I don't file this thing Monday morning."

If I were a monthly donator I would really be curious about the salaries, fees, and expense accounts charged against the LLC...

Before everyone gets too smug about it, they had better read the verdict. There is enough peril going forward to make anyone wonder what round three looks like. USAPA now has a duty to craft a list, form a consensus, negotiate with the West pilots....whatever is necessary to represent the pilot group as a whole. Base protections, seat protections and access to growth are a start IMO.

We all read it what don't you understand? They lost big time. Their is a list "crafted" already DOH.

Talk it over with Alex.  He'll understand its for a good cause.  Maybe he will even advertise the Push for Justice... they are in desperate need for some dupes.  It would be a match, and you could end up being the hero to both.   😀

I just saw on the other forum (airlinepilotcentral) that some westie is already threatening to file another law suit if USAPA doesn't use the Nic.  Won't they EVER learn?
