"Marty is finished with you."..? Nonsense sir! Whatever my differences of opinion with Bill; he very reasonably advanced the thought that it won't end 'till marty's grandkids have their college fully funded. P.T. Barnum was right. 😉

You know the vote was not unanimous until the CLT and PHL at least got us retro pay, try to keep up. Gary did even want to try for.
I gave them credit. You are the one laying blame on the rest of us for your lousy contract. Just want you to include everyone responsible.

. Problem is Marty has not been paid his millions, funds are not coming in to AOL most realize it's over, always has been though.

Glad you realize it then.

Agreed, I am just frustrated how our best chance to recoup was blown by Hummel. Also it's hard to have faith in this group when only half of us are wiling to fight for a decent contract, I would love just one time before I retire to see this pilot group stand together. I guess that's to much to ask.
I would just love for you to retire...
I guess that's too much to ask. The MOU is signed and in effect. You and your buddies lost the recall. Move on...

. What's to pass it's been their all along, you just don't know it I guess.
Really? I guess Silver missed that part. So when did FUKU (Former Union Known as USAPA) put the seniority list in the MOU?

Should I set the CLT implosion clock to four or six months?

Oh, I dunno, whatever your most prescient, inner "mind" fantasies require, I suppose. Perhaps you would do every bit as well just setting such fantasies to the same Twilight Zone time as has proved so successful in all of your previous "T Minus" clocks. I must honestly ask again: Are "you'se" truly so incredibly stupid and utterly clueless as you would have us believe from your collective history of postings here?....OR, (and this would be my honest hope)...Are you just pretending to be?

P.S. I'd laugh, but I'm actually feeling sorry for you.

Why has the APA filed so soon, as though they were just waiting for Silver to render a judgment? Could it be that they consulted with their legal and were advised with high confidence that any exposure to a DFR from the west is now minimal? Which means that the negotiating phase can now proceed, unfettered, at high speed cruise, with considerable latitude to explore a variety of possible combinations. More important, a JCBA can now arrive sooner than later.

Just a WAG.
