Granted, Silver opines that USAPA cannot participate in the MB process after SCC. But in the same order, page 21, she IMPLORES USAPA to give full consideration to the west in the same MB process. Is she contraDICTA-ing herself?

Like GG pointed out, the MOU stipulates that APA will file for SCC as soon as practical after the POR, not to exceed 4 months. It has been over a month. They waited 2 business days after Silver ruled. What legal questions did they need clarification on? Do you think they were mining the order for Silver nuggets of wisdom and opinion, or for the actual ruling on the various counts found on page 22 of the order?

And you really think that the former LCC pilots won't have representation?  You're very sadly misinformed.  Doesn't matter whether USAPA as an entity survives or not; both sides get representation during the MB process.
